The International Military Tribunal conducted the Major War Criminals Trial in Nuremberg between November 20, 1945, and October 1, 1946. Due to this trial, Courtroom 600 in the Nuremberg Palace of Justice became globally famous. From 1946 to 1949, 12 subsequent trials took place in the same courtroom before U. S. American military tribunals. Even today, in Nuremberg’s southeast corner, remnants of buildings on the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds captivate visitors with their colossal scale, acting as a potent reminder of the National Socialist regime’s megalomania. This 4 square mile area was purposed to be a grand stage for the Nazi party assemblies and a symbol of their power to Germany and the entire world.

Great tour with lots of history and beer to top it all off - We had a great experience Rob was a fantastic guide with an over the top personality. He did speak fast but would slow down or repeat when asked. We did not get to go into the courtroom as it was closed on Tuesdays which was not mentioned when I booked this. Over all I would do this tour again just pick a different day than Tuesday!

Informative experience that ended with great beer! - My husband and I learned so much on this tour! We had such a great time being educated on each historic sight we got to visit and loved the beer tasting aspect to wrap up the tour :) Our guide even stayed extra time at the end to talk and cheers with us even when the time ran over!!
