- Zeppelinfeld - Das Zeppelinfeld war der wichtigste Teil des Reichsparteitagsgeländes im “Dritten Reich”. Benannt nach dem Grafen Zeppelin, der 1909 mit einem seiner Luftschiffe eine sensationelle Landung auf dem Feld vollzogen hatte, wurden das Feld und die Tribüne für die meisten Massenveranstaltungen während der Kundgebungen genutzt. Der Aufmarsch des Reichsarbeitsdienstes, der “Tag der Politischen Leiter” und der “Tag der Gemeinschaft” wurden hier abgehalten und von Paraden und Scheingefechten der deutschen Armee begleitet.

Great leadership - Very informative guided tour of the site. The highlight is the rooms in the grandstand on the Zeppelin Field, which are closed without a guide
