One of the best - Came to Nottingham for a few days with Maureen -who booked the walk. Over the years I've done a lot of City Walking Tours and have to say this is up there as one of the best. Interesting content, laced with humour and a strong clear voice. Well done and thank you

An excellent introduction to fifteen centuries of history. - An excellent overview of some 1500 years of local and British history. Nottingham has so many historical landmarks in such a small footprint that any tour over almost any route would pretty much seem as coherent as ours did. I intend to revisit a number of the sights that I was shown today. I must also mention that our little group could not have had a better guide on this walking tour. I especially appreciated her letting us "linger" around many of the sights.

Interesting tour - A really interesting tour led by our guide Sam. Good historical background and I liked the way she departed from the script to talk about things of interest to us. 90 minutes was about the right length.

Nottingham city walking tour - Fabulous guide called Anette. Visible to meet by her orange jacket on the market square. Very knowledgeable about the city and took time to ensure everyone was gathered around so we could hear her speak. I learned a lot by looking up at the architecture too. Nice pace of walking with lots of stops. Great way to spend an hour and a half.

Walking tour of Nottingham walking tour - The history of Nottingham was explained really well and gave an understanding of the changes the city has undergone. I think Oliver Cromwell should be mentioned in a more positive light given that he was responsible for some significant changes like writing the constitution for England , reorganising the army and navy into a professional fighting force. The significance of the lace industry was fantastic to hear about but no mention was made that it still occurs at one high end maker in the city. See Mr google Overall it was a great tour

Good way to spend 90 minutes. - This is like reading the abstract of a Nottingham manuscript based on centuries of history by walking through the town.
