Top Notch afternoon! - Amazing cooking class with Juan Carlos! We had such a wonderful afternoon cooking traditional costa rican food and met some lovely people. Juan Carlos was top notch in his teachings and super friendly. Great atmosphere and the best lunch we have had on the trip! We will be back on another visit and bring along some friends!

Empanadas for the win! - We had a fantastic time learning to cook some traditional Tico foods in an authentic Tico, outdoor kitchen. It is a great setting, cows on one side and jungle on the other. Juan Carlos was a wonderful instructor, answering all of my questions and making sure to include vegetarian options for me! We will definitely go back to learn how to prepare more meals!

Cooking class in nazaria Costa Rica - 2-hour cooking class with two fantastic enthusiastic Costa Rican chefs where we made red snapper ceviche and chicken empanadas. We were part of the prepping of the ingredients and cooking of the entrees! Wonderful story telling and helping us understand how they use everything in cooking and explaining their sustainable model in Costa Rica. We then sat down to eat what we had prepared while Moses one of the chefs had prepared us three different vegetable and fruit drinks for our drinking pleasure. Highly recommended. We went for the 11:00 class so this was our huge lunch.

I am shef - Great experience, especially for couples or a family. For the first part of our tour, we were introduced to the chef and the other guests. Then Warner - who is fluent in English - showed us around the farm where they have multiple food-producing plants including black pepper, paprika, tomatoes, and sugarcane. We were able to grind up our own sugarcane and drink the juice. Then we returned to the kitchen and were given instructions on preparing ceviche and our very own empanadas. Everything turned out delicious and it was a very good meal with good company. I highly recommend

Outstanding Cooking Class - This was a fantastic experience. These are really good humans that run this and a great break from surfing and the beach. Steven, our culinary expert was awesome. Fun to talk to and very knowledgable. He taught us a lot about cooking and the Costa Rican culture. The surroundings are beautiful and this is more than just a cooking class it’s a lot of fun. Steven is top notch - do this!
