Renowned artist Bruce Munro’s Field of Light, a concept birthed from a visit to Uluru two and a half decades ago, has been set up in a remote desert vicinity, within viewing distance of the grand Uluru.
Immerse yourself in the tranquil ambience of the early morning as you embark on this once in a lifetime journey that will undoubtedly leave a lasting imprint. Making your arrival at the Field of Light while the world is yet covered in night’s shroud, explore the assortment of 50,000 radiant orbs of contrasting hues. Desert Oaks magically begin to materialize from the ether as dawn’s touch seeps into the horizon. Find your way to the summit of an ancient dune as the day’s first light sets the desert scenery ablaze, bathing the expanse in a golden hue. Treat yourself to tea, coffee and hot chocolate while soaking in unrivalled views of Uluru.

- Tour is not completely wheelchair accessible due to the sandy uneven paths although Electronic 4WD wheelchairs can be used. Nonelectric wheelchair users can be dropped at the bottom of the sand dune to travel around the field of lights however they will not be able to attend dune top viewing area.
