Great kayaking experience in the gulf - Nick was an excellent guide. Kayaked out to a mooring site and snorkelled from there - with Nick showing different fish species and saw a turtle. Then a great time spent near mangroves in the gulf and saw stacks of small turtles making the most of the seaweed from full moon tides. Nick took great care of the group, including the kids (11yo and 12yo), ensuring we all felt safe and had a fun time.

Fun day on kayak/snorkel trip! - Such a fun day! We saw so many turtles, at least 30! We also saw rays, clownfish, mushroom corals, tangs, butterfly fish and so many other fish. Nick was the best guide. He explained everything and made sure everyone was comfortable, he was also very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area itself and made the day extra enjoyable. Thank you for a great day!

Great fun experience with lots of wildlife - We did the morning turtle kayak and snorkeling tour with guide Steve. He was great, knowledgeable and fun. We loved the kayaking and snorkeling. We saw lots of wildlife - plenty of fish, then turtles, rays and a shark near the mangroves. Thoroughly recommended.

Great and enjoyable kayak and snorkeling trip. - A fantastic half day tour by kayak on the gulf side of the area. Great to see turtles, rays, fish and an octopus as well as kites and ospreys on the mangroves and near shore. It was good to be able to get further out by kayak as a small group and our guide Ally was great, knowledgeable and looked after us all during the tour. Would highly recommend to others.

Kayaking Snorkelling Turtles Fish Mangroves - What a wonderful morning. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to quite a remote bay. The detail to safety and being comfortable in our surroundings was impressive. Once in the kayaks we travelled about a 1km and Neri pointed out birds and sea life. All the time Neri kept us informed of local wildlife and the environment. Her knowledge was exceptional. The snorkelling was great, swam with turtles and numerous amounts of fish. Saw a beautiful clam, all the time being checked we were comfortable and safe. We then went to a small bay in the mangroves and had a snack. Afterwards, travelled along the shoreline back to our launch point. Thank you Neri for a super time.

Fantastic tour! - Excellent tour, and we were well looked after by Rosie. Everything we needed was provided, including a prescription mask which was a huge help to my partner - we hadn’t thought to ask, but Rosie came up trumps! The kayaking was more straightforward than anticipated, which was a relief as we were both inexperienced. Likewise the snorkelling. Rosie was great at keeping us informed about what we were seeing, and pointing out things to look at. We stopped for a brief snack/drink before returning along the mangroves, spotting lots of turtles and rays. This trip surpassed our expectations and was thoroughly enjoyable!

Stunning tour with plenty of turtles! - The turtle tour was absolutely amazing! We were taken 15 minutes out of town via bus. We were shown how to safely use our kayaks, and then hopped onto the water. Snorkelled for approximately 75 minutes and the water was so clear! We saw turtles, stingrays, sharks and so so many fish. Then kayaked into the mangroves for some lunch, and returned to shore. What a brilliant trip! Will be doing this again when next in Exmouth.

Do not go if weather conditions are poor. - Unfortunately I had a very different experience than most of these reviews. We were notified a day before the weather conditions were poor they would modify the location. However this was poorly planned and even more poorly executed. The ‘half day tour’ started at 9:30 and finished at approx 4pm. Most of the time we spent sitting on the beach or in car parks waiting for the guides. They were very disorganised and were unable to manage the dynamic environment. This was compounded by having a difficult couple on the tour who were not confident paddlers. They eventually abandoned the kyack and walked back to their car. Those of us relying on the tour transport were not so lucky. As stated you were required to bring your own water which meant for the 6.5 hours we each had a single water bottle, in the hot salty conditions (very unsafe). They separated us from our belongings and had to be prompted and coerced to prioritise returning them when we got back to shore (about 3pm). People had limited clothing (one girl in only a bikini), no towels, no sunscreen, and were standing in the hot sun for far too long - very unpleasant. The two guides consistently prioritised retrieving equipment over the welfare of the participants. In summary if the weather conditions are poor and an alternative location is suggested do not go.
