Highlights
- 1152 Dulguigan Rd - Follow the journey from farm to bottle, and learn how we make our single estate cultivated rum and Ink Gin.
Distillery tours last approximately 45 minutes and include a Husk Botanic & Tonic on arrival, a guided tasting of Ink Gin, an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery before finishing with a rum tasting flight in the Barrel House.
Book a tour during the week and you may see the production team in action - fermenting, distilling and crushing sugar cane during the harvest season (August-October), and bottling Ink Gin all year round.
Our Daily Distillery Tour includes the equivalent of approximately 2 standard drinks. Drivers can exchange the welcome drink for a non-alcoholic mocktail or coffee. See the schedule below for availability.

A fantastic day out! - Such a fantastic day! A wonderful tour tasting the fabulous rums and gins and the food was absolutely 5 star. The best food I’ve had in ages. Can’t wait to return.

Great tour - We had a lovely afternoon at Husk Distillery as part of our Adventure All Stars TV reunion.

Amazing Experience - The tour was amazing and very informative. It was very interesting to learn about behind the scenes and how it all works. I loved every minute of it, relaxing and gorgeous scenery. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience - Booked the tour and long lunch for a birthday surprise for my husband - best present ever! The tour and tastings were excellent (Jeremy knew everything there is to know about rum, gin and Husk!) and the food is amazingly delicious

Well worth a visit - Excellent day. Staff very welcoming and informative and food and drinks excellent. Tasting was excellent and interesting. Loved that there in no wastage on the farm with everything being used either by cows or mulch. Well done

Do yourself a flavour! - Not being a gin (or rum drinker) I took my sister as birthday gift. I had a great time learning the back story behind Husk. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and both he and Marcus were so amazing and accommodating as we ran late due to the flooding rains. Tasting the cane spirit, gins and rum together we learned of Husk's sustainable efforts towards processing- some even handcrafted, use of natural ingredients either grown on site and/or extensively locally sourced that come together infused within each style was a winner for me. We indulged in some very tasty lunch share plates of ceviche, olives and salad after the tour then a visit to the shop to take home some samples. Congratulations Husk you have created a great local industry and your staff are fantastic and helpful too!

Disappointed - Great spot, love the area.
Mark our tour guide was great.
Knowledgeable and thoughtfull.
90 minute advertised tour only took 45mins.
Dinner booking for 5.30pm waste of time as the kitchen shuts at 5pm and they don’t have dinner menu anyway.
Advised to purchase from the cellar door prior to the tour, did that and then told at the end of the tour you should have received a discount.
Purchased 2 beverages and was charged twice.
Would only recommend if you are looking for something to do to fill in an hour or so.
