Amazing Racoon Island Experience - Great experience! Beautiful kayak tour through the mangrove trees and out to raccoon island! Plus you get a nice 20 min boat ride to and from the kayak launching point. The tour guide, Ricky, was great! They offer both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages throughout the entire trip plus you can purchase a waterproof bag for your phone for $10. Highly recommend!!!

Cute raccoons and fun kayaking - The guide was wonderful and kayaking was so fun and scenic. The raccoons were absolutely adorable and they loved the watermelon they gave us to feed them. I’d recommend wearing a bathing suit and bringing something to put your phone in if you want to take pictures because you’ll likely get wet kayaking.

Amazing experience!!! - Miguel and Sydney were amazing! Great tour and very knowledgeable about the area. We got to see many different birds through the mangrove forest and some manatees on the way to sandspur island to see the raccoons. The raccoons loved the watermelon and grapes we brought as well as the melon supplied by our awesome tour guides. Definitely an amazing experience and highly recommended! Also I am on the larger side at 265 and my kayak partner was about 230. We had no issues with the tandem kayaks. It was a blast! They also supplied a great selection of beverages!!!

Fun trip with the kids age 9, 7 and 4 - We were well looked after by Miguel and Sidney. Every part of the trip was enjoyable from the boat trip taking us the kayaks to our time in the kayaks and on the island with the raccoons. They were both really knowledgable about the area and the wildlife. We had plenty of time with the raccoons, away from all the day tripper boats. We all loved paddling up the mangroves too!

Def worth it to feed the raccoons! - We had a few missteps getting there (the address they give does not look like a dock, you need to go right round the back of what looks like an office) but Miguel who took us out on the boat was very welcoming & friendly. Sydney who took us out on kayaks was also lovely. The whole trip was great (harder work than I imagined - kayaking on quite a windy day!) & feeding the raccoons was amazing!! Drinks throughout to keep us hydrated was very much appreciated. I’d suggest go earlier than later (and not at weekends if possible) as racooon island becomes quite the party island which may mean they stay in the trees. The raccoons loved the water & ‘cotton candy’ grapes which we had separately to their standard melon.
