Owner makes it right! Makes our day! - My niece and I were looking for something to do in the afternoon. We found this on Viator. So, we booked. Unfortunately, because we had booked on the same day and later in the day, we didn’t know that all the tours that day had been cancelled. We arrived at the location but no one was there to meet us. I called Viator, who gave me the number of the operator. The operator immediately tried to make everything right. We are so glad he did! We had the best time. It was a perfect day. The water was perfect, clear all the way to the bottom. We even saw dolphins! Thank you for making our day!

So Much Funnn!!! - Me and my friends had a great time ! Everything went smoothly and the instructor was more than helpful with the process! 10/10 experience !

Worth it! - The crew were very nice and gave my kids a great time. They had to improvise where to pick us up due to spring break marina closures and accomplished this very well. Great job! Highly recommended!

It’s not $25 ! It’s $125 - There is a $100 fee u have to pay when u get there which I feel like should be let known prior or just needs to be included in the price I feel like the $25 is very misleading and a way to get ppl to book which isn’t okay !!!! It was fun to ride the jets didn’t feel like an hour and the guy was pressing us to take out pictures for a fee and only took a few & the location changed and ended up being 25 mins away rather than 7 minutes

Worst communication but activity was great. - Please read fully. I do not want to take away from the experience itself...jetskiing was fun, great views. However, communication with these company is the WORST. First, Florida requires you to take and pass a mandatory boating test (you pay $9.99) prior to jetskiing. NOT everyone knows this...they should state this on the site and or communicate this AT LEAST the day prior to activity. This was communicated to me THE MORNING of activity when I was out doing other things. When I asked why this was not communicated EARLY enough, the guy responded..."It's mandatory there is nothing i can do about it." 2. The listed address is WRONG. I got to the listed address 40 minutes early, when I called to check exact location since I couldn't find them, (this is after parking my car and paying $15) the person I spoke to was VERY rude and stated, "you can call Viator for your money back, I won't sit here and argue with you...") New location was 20mins away and uber ride cost $20 which Andrea was kind enough and paid for it but refused to pay $15 lyft ride back to my car. I wish they would improve on communication with customers. There are several jetskiing companies, I definitely will NOT be returning and would recommend that if you choose them for your experience, please call them YOURSELF and confirm everything the day PRIOR to activity to avoid surprises and ADDED cost!

Misleading - Horrible didn’t get to do. On the day of I was told to pay $200 more because the ads was misleading. So we lost $50 and the experience. Please understand that even tho it’s not mentioned in the add, you’ll pay an additional $100 per person at arrival.

Bad experience I want my money back - This booking was the worst …. I booked the time for 11:30 we wasn’t picked up until 12:15 I booked it for two people we got there and they tried to put me and my boyfriend on a one seater it didn’t work so I had to sit on the boat while my boyfriend rode

Canceled - I didn get to do it the cancel us 20 minutes before our reservation and then tell me I got to wait 5 to 7 days for my refund
