Fun tour - Went on this tour 3/2023 with my husband on our honeymoon! Lots to see and loved the open air bus! Guide was very funny and super informative

Couldn't have asked for more! - It was our first time in Aruba and was really happy that we went on this tour! Victor was our guide and he was very knowledgeable and funny! The itinerary hit all of the spots we wanted to see and we had enough time at each stop to soak it in. Our favorite stop was the caves - for this stop you would need to climb some uneven steps and use your phone's flashlight to light part of the way as you make your way to the two main chambers. It was quite breathtaking and we spent quite a bit of time taking pictures. For the lighthouse stop, you will have time to go up to the top but make sure that it is the first thing you do as soon as you get off the bus as there is a line up. Baby Beach was also great - I don't swim but it was pretty shallow even a ways into the water so I was able to spend some time sitting in the water (it's great for children and babies....hence "Baby"). All-in -all, with the included lunch and the rum punch (which packs quite a wallop), this tour is in my opinion the best value. I'm surprised it hasn't won a Tripadvisor badge but it should! Awesome tour - Victor was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the island. Most importantly he made sure to take good care of us. This tour takes you to see through the entire island, focusing more on the highlights of the island. Our final stop at baby beach was a great way to end the tour before heading back to our resort. Would definitely recommend!

Upgraded to Jeep Tour - We were really excited to go on this tour but they didn’t get enough people signed up, so they nicely upgraded us to a jeep tour. The jeep tour was awesome! Shout out to our guide Victor, he was kind and knowledgeable. We got to see parts of the island that you can only get to by jeep (or UTV/ATV). Definitely book this as the first thing you do on the island. They also fed us lunch, bonus!!

Nature, creative, history - This was such an Informative experience with great people to share the moment with. Attending this excursion you were able to learn so much about the Island itself, the people and important historic details.

Awesome tour - Our guide James was great! The tour was good as it showed us the major highlights of the island in one day. It also included an excellent lunch and drinks on the bus!

A trip of a lifetime! - A trip of a lifetime! The tour was amazing and the atmosphere was very lovely. Lot of fun, great meal, and meet other people. My favorite places were the Caves, and the Baby Beach :)

A must tour! - This tour was awesome! It exceeded our expectations. BBQ Lunch was really good! So expect a good meal! Little tip for Cave part, you do have to walk up the steps and it’s not flat cement. Thank you for the Baby Beach - soooo beautiful!!

Island Tour - Tour lasted almost 8 hours. Too long. Otherwise nice adventures throughout the Island and a very good lunch. George, our guide did a great job.

Pelican Aruba - Bus Did not Show Up - Terrible Experience - Pelican Aruba Tours - DO NOT BOOK! We booked for my family of 5 to get a tour of the major parts of island. 48 hours before the tour, I called Pelican Aruba and spoke to customer service. After providing my location, the lady informed me to wait at Eagles Resort by 9:15 am on Dec. 29th. I confirmed that we were in her manual for the bus tour and she said everything looked great. Today, the day of trip, my 3 little kids, husband and I were at Eagles Resort by 9 am. At 9:30 am, I called Pelican Aruba and spoke to Rosaina, who confirmed that we were on the bus schedule and that the bus would pick us up by 9:50 am. At 10 am, I called Pelican Aruba again and was told there was a miscommunication. They would send their own driver to pick us up within 10-15 minutes. I agreed. At 10:30, I called again and they stated it would be another 10-15 minutes. By 11 am, a driver showed up in a 4 passanger Nissan, but we have a family of 5, with driver, there were 6 people. Completely unsafe, but also, there was no way we could fit into this vehicle. I have spent half a day requesting for a refund, but was told that I needed to do so by contacting Trip Advisor, which I just finished doing. Just got a call back from Pelican Aruba stating they would give my a $100.00 food voucher from Pelican Resort for my inconvenience. I told Pelican Aruba to keep their voucher, the tour company's unprofessionalism and unwillingness to properly fix a mistake on their part would result in several negative but honest reviews online. My kids are so disappointed and were looking forward to this trip for months. We are supposed to be on bus tour of Aruba as I am typing this. It's heartbreaking.
