Best first scuba dive ever - That was the best excursion I've ever been on. From the moment we met Leendert, it was evident that his passion for scuba diving and the underwater world was contagious. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge immediately put me at ease, especially given I was a first timer. The dive sites were perfect, the time down there was incredible safe, all I had to do was relax and take it in. You can tell how much he cares about us enjoying it, while being safe & that was my biggest take away. We saw turtles, octopus, lobsters, hundreds and thousands of fish, it was insane. MY ONLY ADVICE: give that man a raise, or alternatively find 50 more of him. He is that good & I highly HIGHLY suggest going on this trip.

Excellent company - Great company, highly recommend. The dive instructors were very knowledgeable of the areas that I dove in. Will definitely use them in the future.

Just what the Dr. Ordered. - We were looking for a brief two tank dive for myself and a Dive Buddy. It worked out for our timeline.

Great experience scuba diving - Had a great experience diving with Red Sail Sports. We on a one-tank afternoon scuba dive to the Pedernales wreck. Lots of sea life. Low diver to divemaster ratio. Not sure what people are complaining about re-cruise ship passengers, we didn't have any but maybe there wasn't a ship in port? Lots of space on the dive boat. Had Ozzy as our divemaster and he was great! Email and ask for the schedule of dives because the website listing is incorrect - they don't dive on Sundays. South coast dives and night dives are a minimum of 4 people, so they might not be running. I also dove with Pure Diving Aruba and Palm Beach Divers Aruba, all were great companies.

Greatest dive ever - I've been to Aruba 4 previous times and all my dives were great until this dive experience with Red Sail Sports. The difference being our Dive Master Daniel Guerra. His pre-dive attention to detail was second to none. His knowledge of the history of the dive area was exceptional (Antilla). I would highly recommend Red Sail Sports and requesting Daniel as your Dive Master.

Great dive best dive master of all time. - Honestly one of my favorite dives I've ever done. Daniel Gurrea was far and away the best dive master I've ever had. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but was so personable and had the type of personality that could fit into any family, group, or other dynamic. The dive was outstanding, on the easier side but definitely worth doing. Daniel really made the dive memorable I would highly recommend asking for him if he is available.

Diving with Red Sail Sports is the best experience. I can’t wait to come back again. - I have been diving with Red Sail Sports for 10 years and they are wonderful. They make sure everybody is ready to get in the water and make it such an easy experience. Danny and Ozzie were both great. I went on a night dive Monday with Ozzie and it was spectacular. There were strings of lights in the water. We saw at least 15 turtles. My dives with Danny were so much fun. I loved doing the drift dive, and the current pushed us along so nicely. Thank you for making such wonderful memories for me.

Poor organization, very late departure from the dock while waiting for cruise ship passengers - This dive operation caters to the cruise ship passengers, not to individual travelers. Their business model is to take as many passengers to as close a dive site as possible to their pier. You should expect a 20’ dive, 30’ visibility with little life and no coral reef.

Never use this company. - DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH RED SAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE Booked a two tank dive on Monday afternoon for dive trip on Tuesday morning. Got to dock on time and was told the trip was cancelled due to cruise ship coming in. Why they had to cancel for that I still don’t understand as they were all booked for snorkeling tour. I was told they sent me an email, which I’m still waiting on. Went to either change date or get a refund but no one was in their booth. Was told to come back later. Went back two hours later and they said she went to lunch come back in 30 minutes. Went back in 45 and was told, Oh she probably took a longer lunch. Needless to say I’m not stay at the resort they’re at so I’m wasting my day walking back and forth. Finally went back two hours later and the girl there tried to help me but was limited on what she can do. She kept texting the desk in lobby to get answers but no one responded. I told her to call, of course she can’t. She said I could go up there but can’t go in lobby without a shirt. I had her give me a towel and I walked up and of course, no one at desk, so I go back to booth and the girl has me leave my name , email, phone etc and some one will contact me. I left with no answers. Now it’s Wednesday afternoon and no email or text. I go to booking booth again, it’s the woman who I booked with. I go through the story again. She looks on her schedule and says you went diving on Monday. I told her no I booked on Monday for Tuesday morning. Who did you book with. I tell her, you booked it. She doesn’t remember. Finally she refunds my money. I will NEVER deal with this company ever again.
