Easy communication via... - Easy communication via Whatsapp. Our flight was delayed but our driver was still happily waiting at arrivals for us. It was a very easy pickup and the driver was friendly.

Excellent and reasonably price airport car service - Great service with excellent communication. Upon arrival, my flight was delayed. Initially the car service re-scheduled the time for much later, however once I informed them that I couldn't wait that long and would have to cancel, they were willing to make some adjustments and picked me up almost immediately. In addition, on my early departure, they were, again, communicative and picked me up a little before scheduled time.

Mixed review - The booking process was very easy. The pick up process was also easy, on-time, and uneventful. Exactly what I needed. However, the confirmation process with Trust Tour, the actual company that does the pick/drop off, was challenging. It may be just me, but I would have appreciated at least a confirmation of my pick up time and location. I had to hunt them down for a response. I called them and no response or call back. I had to start planning for a Plan B in case they didn’t show up. Finally, when I did get a hold of them, they mistakenly said my reservation was canceled. They rectified and finally confirmed my reservation. This caused unnecessary unease and confusion. I would have appreciated a more organized and streamlined process.

Ride driver - Pickup was late. Driver was extremely rude and refused to speak English, even though she could. Extremely unpleasant service and overpriced for the quality and treatment by staff
