Our focus for this trip is Ontario’s ice wines. Ice wine is a unique dessert wine variant made from grapes that have been left to freeze naturally on the grapevine. The waters in the grape freeze whilst the sugars and other soluble substances remain liquid, creating a richer and more intense grape juice. This wine is made exclusively from these frozen grapes. Ontario Ice Wine remains an undiscovered gem. Throughout this six-hour adventure, we will escort you along the Niagara Ice Wine Trail, sampling the top Ontario ice wines.
