A really fun experience! - My client and I had a great time. The views are great and there was not much turbulence. The pilots were very friendly and it was a quiet person experience. I’d recommend it if you’re in Niagara!

Must try when in Niagara - A buddy and I were visiting Niagara on vacation so we decided to get a tour of the falls and we were not disappointed! The views were spectacular and the pilots were extremely friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous to fly in a small plane but it was extremely smooth and everything went perfectly. Thanks to our amazing pilot for the trip!

Great views and a great time - My cousin and I were staying the weekend in Niagara so we decided we wanted to try a tour of the falls. We were not disappointed! We were able to get great views of both the Canadian and the American side and we overall had a wonderful time. The pilot was extremely friendly and the flight was smooth! We had an amazing time.

Great experience - This was the first time that my girl was in a tour like the one and we absolutely loved it. We definitely recommend this experience to anyone who’s coming to the Niagara Falls.

Why were we waiting?????? - Having to wait 3.5 Hrs in Airport with infrequent updates why plane was late and no representative at Airport. Flight was excellent.

Disappointing - We paid for the trip showed up in time it was cancelled due to weather and full refund not received they kept $25 per person l. Weather not our fault or fault of Viator but we should not be penalized. Our schedule was short and packed with other tours. Very disappointing that full refund not received

Bad - They cancelled on us 2 hours before the trip saying that the whether wasn’t good enough to fly and with no refund, as there website states that if cancelled due to poor whether they’ll do a full refund which they didn’t honour.

It’s a small flight type airplane, not a helicopter - Legal scam All other Arial tour company were working and flying on 21st May, just iflytoto forecasted bad weather in the morning, so they couldn’t take us, we have tried multiple times calling them, weather was too clear after 12 noon, but they said they can’t take us, we told them all other aerial tour companies are working, but still no, they don’t give refund, on top of that they told that it’s been valid for 1-2 year so better luck next time, I was on a 3 day trip and after couple of calls, they gave me a slot after 4 days, it’s just a legal way to fool a tourist Cheap price, cheap service

Scam - The are very terrible don’t book with them. They keep cancelling & blaming weather and they won’t refund your money back. It’s a scam a totally rip off.
