Discover wine from a fresh perspective in this distinctive event. By participating in a blind tasting, you’ll intimately understand the wine you’re drinking. Taste four different wines under the guidance of an expert, learning about the individual characteristics of each grape. Then it’s your turn to identify the grape variety.

Big family fun trying to outsmart our millenial adult children - Elaine made the tasting super special. Her knowledge of wine was superb! It was so fun trying to figure out the colour and varietal. I learned a lot about oaking versus not and that the cork means that the wine has seen oak. I highly recommend it and will go back and do it again! We had a little competition going at our table.

Unique wine tasting and in a unique setting - Thank You Tracy for making our small group visit with Niagara Vintage Tours so much fun! We loved the black glass wine tasting experience and having to figure out the wine by the pungent aromas and the taste and feel of the wines itself. I particularly liked the Lemberger wine during the blind tasting, a wine which we didn’t have anywhere else, so we bought a bottle of it. The wines were reasonably priced too.
Another highlight is the setting: we loved the rustic (but modern with heating, of course) barn. It made this boutique winery and the blind tasting more intimate and enjoyable.
Definitely do not miss coming to this winery and doing their black glass wine tasting.

Annual BB Weekend Group - The complete experience with Elaine was amazing. She was informative, fun and so engaging. Her enthusiasm was infectious and her knowledge of the product was stellar. It was the first time meeting Elaine but it was as if I had known her for years. Thank you for welcoming our group and making the black glass tasting so terrific.

Black Glass Tasting fun and learning!! - Fantastic visit at Between the Lines with Elaine as our host for the Black Glass tasting. Elaine was engaging and fun and super knowledgeable. She connected with everyone in our group of twelve. We learned a lot! Highly recommend this experience.

Black Glass Tasting - Ralf was amazing doing our black glass tasting. He balanced out of group of 12’s personality so well!
We all had a great time trying to figure out what we were tasting. I would highly recommend this beautiful small sustainable winery.

Blind taste test - Ask for Elaine, she was a hoot! We had never tried a blind tasting and it was a fun way to learn about wine (without knowing much about wine, just knowing what I like).
