Worth it - Worth the money. No traipsing round other hotels to pick up and drop off passengers; we were able to spend as long as we wanted at each location so no hanging around waiting for others. Saw the falls from every angle. Very comfortable vehicle, good driver/guide.

Day trip to Niagara Falls - What a memorable day! Dwayne was so enthusiastic and very knowledgeable able the Niagara region & Toronto. We really learned a lot and were able to visit so many attractions under his guidance. Dwayne was completely accommodating to our needs & we had a really great day.

Awesome private tour with Fabio - We booked a private tour to Niagara Falls and got Fabio as our driver. Fabio had an in-depth knowledge of the area as well as of its history, so the entire tour was engaging and interesting. Of course the sites and attractions were amazing as well! All in all we were completely happy and satisfied with the entire experience!

Overall OK experience but pricey and with a couple of issues - Overall a good experience. Fabio our driver was on time and knowledgeable of the areas, sites, history etc.
Two points that are worth calling out as issues:
1/ we agreed to do the "Journey through the falls" experience. While we knew the cost would be extra, we were disappointed to learn that Fabio went ahead and got the tickets for us and that we will have to reimburse him in cash. We realized after that he overcharged us by 20$ vs the public rates.
2/ the tour description clearly says that there is Entry/Admission to a Winery. When asked which winery we would be visiting and doing the tasting at, Fabio said that they stopped doing these as part of the tour since the wineries started charging $10 for the tasting. Then what's the point of saying that the admission is included if it has no value and the driver actually discourage you from doing this aspect of the tour.
