On our guided Niagara Falls tour, we give you the ultimate introduction to all of its must-see sights. Expect to be gripped by our guide’s fascinating stories of the waterfall’s history and journey to becoming the iconic landmark it is today.

After your walking tour ends, enjoy a 20-minute break (free time) before your visit to Journey Behind the Falls!

At this spectacular attraction, you will enjoy an exhilarating experience 125-feet beneath the falls. As you stand on the lower deck, you will be mesmerised by the 2,800 cubic meters of water that fall past you each second. Pop on your raincoat, take memorable selfies, and listen to the thunderous roar of the falls!

Before your travel date, you will receive an email from the tour operator containing your official vouchers. Print and bring these vouchers with you to each activity, or collect them from your tour guide
Meet your tour guide at Skylon Tower, who will be wearing a dark blue ‘Vox City’ uniform
Please arrive 10 minutes early to collect your printed vouchers from your tour guide. Your walking tour will depart from Skylon Tower
After the walking tour ends, there is a 20-minute break. Your tour guide will not escort you to Journey Behind the Falls. Please ensure you arrive at Journey Behind the Falls on time
During the 20-minute break, your tour guide will be confirming your entry at Journey Behind the Falls and collecting the official ticket on your behalf. Rejoin your guide outside Journey Behind the Falls promptly after the break to collect your entry ticket, and join the queue for Journey Behind the Falls.

The meeting point is inside Skylon Tower. If your ticket includes the Tower, use it before the walking tour. Be ready 10mins before departure. We recommend you use the main doors from Parking Lot A. Walk past Guest Services, take the first right hallway. The VOX City booth and reps await you there.

Kelly was a great tour... - Kelly was a great tour guide! We had a wonderful time on the walking tour with her. She did a great job presenting the history of the Falls along with the many people who have there fingerprints on the area. A lot of fun facts and interesting knowledge. Would highly recommend!

Great views at affordable prices - This is a great tour to see the falls up close without getting wet. Its a quick tour with great photo opportunities. You get to see up close how powerful the falls are. In the late spring, the lower deck opens which gives you an even closer view. Otherwise, in off season you can only access the falls through the underground tunnels. It was easy for children to do as well as adults.

Light and pleasant history and explanation of the area - The tour guide: CD (Carl David) is extremely knowledgeable of the area. He shared a lot of history with us. I could listen to him talk for hours. I very much enjoyed his guidance through the area. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend this experience to enhance your trip. CD even sparked an interest I now have learning about the inventor Nikola Tesla.

Disappointed - Ad made it sound like you get entry to Skylon Tower, you don’t. The tour guide also told us there would be tickets to the Skylon tower waiting for us after the tour, there wasn’t. I called Vox City travel and was told it was not part of what we paid for. Tour was fair. It was very hard to hear the guide while walking even though they had a headset on. Instructions to get vouchers were horrible & confusing. I was told to download the Vox City app to get the vouchers and after several attempts at entering the booking code and finally finding the reservation, no vouchers. Come to find out that the tour guide had paper copies all along. At no point in time was that communicated via the app, email or Trip Advisor. Disappointed in this tour considering how much it was and how it was advertised. I will not use Vox City ever again.

The walk in the Park - We had been walking in the area where the tour guide took us. Walking through a parking lot then in gravel and grass to end up in the area we had previously walked was not what I expected. I did get in about 10,000 steps. The most memorable part for my Niece & I was the journey behind the falls.
