Niagara experience - Lynn our walking tour guide was very informative. Sweet and calm. The other 2 activities we did on our own . Behind the falls the tourist were the rudest!

Nostalgic Niagara - Fantastic tour featuring 3 of the most soft after experiences wrapped into one. Our guide was well spoken, clever and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who may be visiting the area.

Well worth the money! - Our guide, CD was absolutely phenomenal! He has a passion for the Niagara Falls area & was so entertaining and fun in addition to being polite & respectful of all ages present.

Really enjoyed "Behind... - Really enjoyed "Behind the Falls and Skylon Tower. Both attractions were well worth seeing. BUT BUT, dealing with "viator" was a total disaster. A viator rep was to be available to meet us, buy could not be traced. Wasted loads of my valuable time and energy. Rang a few times, now 30 hours later no reply from them. My advice is "stay well clear" and try and obtain tickets from a reputable firm. M..... R...

Walking tour and behind the falls tour - Our tour guide Katherine was very knowledgeable about the falls and the history. The walking tour was great. The walk behind the falls gives you the perspective of the power of the water falling over the falls. We went on a Saturday so it was busy but the line moved. We would recommend the walking tour and behind the falls tour

Very stressful - I was so excited for this experience because it was for my 30th birthday and I was literally stressed out the whole day. Firstly, I will say I came prepared, I printed out what I thought was "the vouchers". The email I got stated you were to turn them in to receive your tickets. Easy enough, right? WRONG! my husband and i specifically showed up early to make sure we got everything and knew where we were going. We are enjoying the falls and eventually go inside the welcome center to ask the ticket desk if they knew where this group was meeting, they let us know upstairs. I told them I did not receive any tickets for my attractions and if they knew what I should do. Luckily one of the attendants said she would print our journey behind the falls tickets and bill Vox for them because they have had the issue all summer. She said skylon tower would probably have to do the same. We are getting closer to the time of the walking tour and I'm started to freak out because we can't seem to find where to meet. We literally walked around and asked several people. We ask one last attendant working the welcome center attractions and she said don't worry they normally arrive late so as we are going back to the meeting point we finally see our tour guide. I believe her name was Kathy? I can't remember her name but sweet, lovely lady. I'd give her 10 stars. I let her know the issue with our tickets. I finally found them because I had to go to trip advisor then to the conversation I had with someone from vox and the downloads were there. Well when I hit the link it kept saying this page can't load. Ironically, the other group in our tour was having the same exact issue. Our guide contacted her boss and she was trying to sort it out. Once she found the bookings she would email us. Our guide even said there system was horrible, she didnt understand why they send the vouchers because those arent tickets, and when you are on trip advisor and hit get tickets it takes you to the voucher page. We went ahead with our walking tour. Again, our guide was awesome. We end at Skylon tower our guide asks us if our tickets got emailed. Myself and the other group said no, we still haven't recieved them. She calls her boss, I speak with her and let her know what was going on. She asks what names it could be under and she still can't find them. I give her my number so she could text the tickets to me and try to look it up that way. She keeps telling me she can't find my bookings and if i possibly booked under the lady in the other group. I told her no, i just met them and we both just so happen to live not far from each other. At this point we are racing to get in line at journey behind the falls. While we are in line, she accused me of not booking anything else but the walking tour. I kept telling her no, your guide saw I had booked the walking tour, journey behind the falls, and skylon tour. It wasn't until we were walking behind the falls that she says she found our skylon tickets. All in all it was very stressful. I was glad I was able to do everything I paid for but to go through all of that, I could've just booked the attractions when I got there and it would've saved me the hassle. If you do book with them I'd suggest making sure you have everything printed before you go and triple check that you actually have tickets.

Not the best service for the price - I was looking forward to what I paid for which was a guided waking tour guide and I did jot get that when I got there. I had to do this o. My own. I think communicate was deceptive.i app would not work for me when I was going through it.i enjoyed the view with my friends on my own.

Not worth the hassle - First of all, we have always been pleased with Viator tours. I have yet to have been disappointed and we have been booking for many years. But, Vox City tours was a disappointment. We printed our vouchers as requested. There were three separate vouchers. Directions on the vouchers were extremely confusing. We arrived at our the address 30 minutes early. One stated to find a Vox representative outside the welcome center. No one was to be found. We waited in a line to ask. No one had any information. Another voucher said to get our time slot for one activity as soon as possible. So we went inside and stood in another line. The third voucher said to download a QR code (but keep in mind that we had crossed into Canada so we were on data roaming). App was not helpful at all. At this time, I tried to message the company which took 15 minutes to send. (No time frame was printed on the third voucher which said to meet a Vox representative at top of escalator. I also tried to call the number which took several tries for the call to go through. Person I spoke to said I didn’t follow the directions and missed the tour (which left 15 minutes earlier). She said I could still do the other two activities. Though rude, eventually said she would refund part of the fee. But, our call was dropped. Once the message was returned, it said I could meet up with the tour guide…but message came back way too late for that. We ended up only using one voucher for the journey experience. We ended up not even needing the skylon ticket because we were planning to eat there anyway. I don’t think this experience is any reflection in Viator, but Vox City tours. We are currently on another Viator tour and it is fabulous…well communicated and friendly staff.

Missing walking tour +tickets to journey! - I have trouble to print out the tickets! When I arrive falls and go to the counter they just told me go to Skylon Tower but didn’t print out the walking tour +ticket to journey ! So we miss that! Very disappointed! I hope this can be improve !

Bad day! - Booked on line to meet representative from Vox City @ 10.30am. Given totally inadequate and incorrect meeting point therefore missing our slot. We managed to contact Vox City by phone and got a later slot @ 2pm. We met the rep (1 loan woman) for what we thought was our 3 experiences we had booked but she explained she was just one of the experiences, the walking tour, and we had to exchange our vouchers for tickets for the other 2. Nowhere was this explained to us in the e mails at all - we presumed when we were given a time slot everything would run together. We then had to wait in a queue for 45 minutes to exchange our vouchers for tickets to be told we couldn’t get on one of the experiences (behind the falls) for over an hour. Our whole day was ruined by badly informed e mails. To make the day even worse our flight over the falls which we booked in MAY, also via aviator, was cancelled 2 days before we were due to go. A poor show all round!
