Perfect NIagara Falls Tour - The tour was just under 4-hours and hit all the main marks. The Skylon Tower was a great way to start the tour - a nice perpective from 52 floors high aboive the Falls. The journey into the tunnels was nice - the observation deck was only a taste of the main appetizer of the boat ride. That was intense!!!!!! WOw, going right up into the falls -the power, the sound and fury of mother nature was quite an experience.

Total Eclipse Experience - We were there during the solar eclipse, so we expected madness. Instead, it was well organized and perfectly executed. Martine was an AMAZING guide, we loved hearing about the daredevils over the years, and each transition from event to event was smooth. She was punctual and communicative, and had great stories about the falls to share with us and while there was a bit of a schedule, we never felt rushed. It was a ton of fun and we would HIGHLY recommend, and definitely get a recommendation for dinner (Moksha was GREAT!)

Amazing tour. - Idania was a great guide. She was very informative of the falls and gave us a wonderful tour. She also helped with capturing the moment of my proposal to my now fiancé!

Excellent tour - worth it! - This was a fantastic tour led by Martine who was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and patient! I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. You see everything and save a lot of time!

One tour three sites - The boat ride was the best part, but Skylon views were amazing and the view from behind the falls was also very cool.

Fun Times at Niagara Falls - Brayden our tour guide met us as arranged. He was funny, personable & knowledgeable. He took time to introduce everyone & get to know the group. He kept everyone engaged throughout the tour. It was a clear day & view from Skylon tower was fantastic, my teenagers loved behind the falls & the boat tour (insist on back of boat on bottom deck if you do not want to get soaked).

A treat - Enjoyed the boat trip. The tour was well organised and not busy. Enjoyed behind the falls as well and the walk between attractions

Eclipsing the Falls - We've never been behind the falls before this tour. The kids really enjoyed the boat tour and experiencing the "mist." Going to the fronts of lines was an absolute blessing with as many people were in Niagara Falls for the Eclipse. Wish there had been more time behind the falls and more information throughout. Also, make sure your whole group is always together before taking off to the next attraction.

Disappointing Experience - I was rather disappointed with our tour. We booked a tour for 5 people, and on the website it said each tour had a maximum of 7 people. I was very surprised to see a group of 4 more people join us. It was a bit awkward to have to ensure we were on the same page about timing and pacing. Our guide didn't help very much in ensuring each group kept to timing, and indicated she was worried we may miss the last boat tour. Luckily we did make it in time since I took it upon myself to talk to the other family about walking through each activity faster. I also didn't realize the guide would not be attending each part of the tour with us. I thought she would have come up Skylon tower and pointed out the interesting things we could see, and directed us through the journey behind the falls so we didn't get stuck in needless lines. She also had a difficult time answering some of our questions about the history of the Falls. In all the tour was fine, but I was expecting a much more informative and smooth process. I didn't see much advantage to having booked through Trip Shepherd rather than booking each activity myself. I did contact the company to express my frustration after the tour, but never received a reply.
