Great time - This was my son's favorite experience of our entire Niagra trip. We felt very safe and it was an efficient trip -- we didn't spend any time at all waiting in line.

YOLO - Highly recommend this wonderful experience! It is my first helicopter ride, and I think it would be one of the highlights in my life. I really enjoyed it and impressed.

Epic trip and view of the Falls - This was a very slick operation. We arrived at 1215, only had to wait 10 minutes before the helicopter was back before it was our turn. Everyone, ground staff, pilots, reception staff were so lovely and friendly. We had great weather and so we got a great view and pictures . You get your photo taken outside the helicopter and one sitting inside that you can purchase if you want to. You can take pictures and video yourself, you just cant use a selfie stick to do it. Excellent value for money. Felt very safe and informed.

Anniversary Weekend - My husband and I came for our anniversary and we loved it! The weather was beautiful day. Everyone was nice and we enjoyed ourselves!

(one word) GREAT. - We were over from the U/K and This was a birthday treat for the wife. I have to say that this company and staff went all out to get us in the air. On feb23rd 2024 the weather was not good. We called every 90 mins through the day ,never too much trouble to explain the weather situation. We got the ok to go over around 15.00 and they had started flying. after a few flights the weather closed. We hung around as there was a slim chance of a flight. They got us up in the weather window as dusk was falling the views in changing light were brill pilot banked to left and right for views. As it was getting late when we landed they had printed a map of a good roadhouse to eat at, which was good value and food good . I give them 11/10 it made the wife's day. Note!!! to get 11/10 from me is something rarely heard of

Beautiful - It was amazing such a beautiful experience. Flught was smooth landing was great. Would definitely recommend everyone to experience the falls from above.

We took a flight for... - We took a flight for Valentine’s Day and it was amazing!!! Smooth take off and landing and the views were stunning!!! Definitely recommend

awesome view - staff needs help. - Worth every penny for the view. However, the staff was not friendly. They FORCE you to take their photos and allow NO time for you to take your own photos though there are no signs posted that it's not allowed. They rush you into the helicopter and buckle you in and then play a pre-recorded tour aloud with in the helicopter, which is difficult to hear over the sound of the blades - you do not have a head set. I would STILL recommend doing it as it's the BEST view of the area, no poncho required.

An ok sightseeing trip but not essential for views of the falls - This was an ok experience, helicopters were smaller than any of the other tours we had previously experienced elsewhere. Helicopter holds six and ours was full which made it feel even smaller and cramped, you can see out the windows but if your in the middle your not going to get loads of great views. The commentary onboard is taped so no interaction from the pilot throughout the trip.

Ride was cancelled, and refund not received!!! - Our family booked and pre-paid for a Boxing Day helicopter ride above Niagara falls. Our booking confirmation instructions detailed we were to call one day before to arrange a time slot for our ride, and that Niagara Helicopters were open every day all year. On Christmas Day, we repeatedly called and left messages and emails, and yet received no answer, or responses to our messages. Clearly the company had closed for Christmas Day, however made no provision for their customers booked on Boxing Day, or adjusting their booking instructions. At 9:01am on Boxing Day, we called the company's reception and were told to arrive at any time before 2pm for our helicopter ride, and that the rides were first come first serve. We confirmed we would leave immediately, grabbed a taxi and arrived at 9:10am. Upon arriving, the reception staff told us the centre was closing due to the weather, and that there would be no rides today. Whilst we respect the health and safety decision not to fly, we cannot understand the failure to notify us, or to mislead us into travelling to the centre only 10 minutes later to tell us no rides were running. The staff attitude was also miserable and unapologetic, and they made no suggestion for rectifying the situation. To finish, we were forced to leave and seek a refund from our travel agent, which we are still waiting for over a month later! Avoid.
