Awesome Tour! - Our tour guide. Les was extremely knowledgeable and fun to have as a guide! The boat ride was awesome despite the pouring rain. We got extremely close to horseshoe Falls!!

Bucket List Adventure - We enjoyed the whole tour. The boat tour at the bottom of the falls was axilirating, amazing, and surprisingly one of the best things we have ever done!! My husband and I have been together 19 years. We had so much fun 😁

Book the tour! - Book this tour! Tom was the best and full of a lot of information and laughs. We came from Buffalo and walked over to a hotel on Niagara. We got to experience all views of the Falls and the buffet was really good too! Highly recommend!

One stop shop for Niagara Falls highlights - We had an excellent Tour Guide, Tom, who lived in the area his whole life. He was friendly and it was a very efficient way to see so many different different parts of the Niagara Falls experience.

Fantastic tour with John - We had John and our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I enjoyed all the history, stories and knowledge he had of the falls and he did an excellent job keeping the kids attention as well (5 and 9). He made the experience an unforgettable one and I would highly recommend anyone visiting the falls go on this tour with John!

What a bust this was - Where to begin? It started that we sat in the lobby way past the time of pickup. As Tom continued to pick up people he forgot to stop at a hotel and had to go back. When we finally got the last pick up, he had more people than expected. As we enjoyed the start of the tour, we found out our behind the falls reservation was cancelled. So we moved to our next stop, the boat ride. He dropped us off and never told us where to meet him after the ride was done. The ride itself was awesome but Tom’s lack of organization was a huge problem. After the boat ride, he told us we had an hour for lunch. Lunch was never to be part of the originally planned 4 hour tour. So we had to scramble to find lunch in under an hour on eclipse weekend - it was a mess. After we managed to grab a quick bite, he tío bus to a few more places. At one stop, he left behind a couple who told him they were running in to the shop. He acknowledged it then left anyway. We were 10 minutes away before he realized thanks to our help that we were missing people. We went back and got them. Then he told us there was no time left for the behind the falls part of the tour. He dropped us off at the tower and gave us our tickets for the tower and the behind the falls. We ended up doing a LOT of walking that wasn’t planned because we had to walk all mover the place to enter the attractions we paid for that were to be part of the tour. My husband was asking with a cane due to hip issues and we were not planning to walk nearly as much as we did. It was horrible!!!!!!!! I’ve used Viator many times and this is not Viator’s issue directly, but they partner with this company and it was a terrible terrible experience
