- Begin your day by getting your vouchers from the Vox City customer service representative situated outside the Table Rock Welcome Centre, at the entrance of the tunnel from the Power Station Parking Lot, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Alternatively, you can choose to print the vouchers that were sent to your e-mail before your arrival.
Your walking tour also commences from this location (at the time-slot you chose for booking). Your tour guide will show you around some of the most popular landmarks in Niagara. Please be aware, your guide will not accompany you inside the Skylon Tower or the Journey Behind the Falls, you will make these visits on your own.

This ticket entitles you to visit two of Niagara’s top attractions, Journey Behind the Falls and Skylon Tower, and also includes a guided walk past the most well-known landmarks in Niagara.
You can partake in these activities in any sequence, but we suggest the following plan:
Pick up your coupons upon arrival (or print them out beforehand) and secure your visit slot for Journey Behind the Falls.
At Journey Behind the Falls, prepare for an exciting adventure as you go down 125-feet under the falls. From the lower viewing platform, you’ll be spellbound by the 2,800 cubic metres of water rushing past every second!
Then, participate in your walking tour and lend an ear to your tour guide as they share interesting information and tales about the Falls and its journey to global recognition.
The tour will bring you to Skylon Tower, where you can bid farewell to your guide and head up to the tower’s lookout deck, offering breathtaking vistas from 775-feet above the falls!
- This excursion is estimated to last for 4 hours. Please bare this in mind when making your reservation.
- We highly recommend arriving at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start time. You will exchange your Viator voucher with the tour guide before you go inside Skylon Tower.
- The tour guide will be wearing a dark blue VoxCity uniform.
- Your tour guide will not escort you inside Skylon Tower or Journey Behind the Falls. You will be free to explore the attractions independently.
- There will be a 20 minute break (free time) after the walking tour. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have rejoined the tour guide in time for the visit to Journey Behind the Falls.
