Highlight of our trip! - I am so happy we chose this tour. The falls from the bottom are absolutely mesmerizing! So very beautiful! Our tour guide Peter was a pleasure. He not only had an awesome personality, he also had so much knowledge of the area. We not only saw the breathtaking falls from below, but we learned the history and fun facts about the city. I would definitely recommend doing this excursion! The great thing is if you don't want to, you don't even have to climb stairs. The elevator takes you right down to the area and you just walk right down the path to the falls. This was the highlight of our trip. I will be doing this again next time I come to the area.

Absolutely amazing experience - The entire trip was memorable from beginning to end. I was upgraded on my tour free of charge and given the best experience from start to finish. The tour guides provided were absolutely amazing professional and courteous. I am honestly glad I chose Viator for my travel plans and will do so on all future endeavors.

Great Guide - Tour guide, Peter, was awesome. Knowledgable, funny, energetic. Seagulls nesting, garter snakes, erosion, hydro power. All fascinating.

Our guide was very... - Our guide was very personable and fun. I appreciated the history she gave. I like to hear the history about a place.

Sick Guide - Seriously….. if you were as good as you think you are, you’d know our trip was cancelled. Very, very disappointed! You should have a back up for “sick” Guides.

Guide never showed… waiting for refund - Nothing… guide never showed. Called and eventually went on our own. Walking guides are not necessary because you can do everything on your own, all sights are easily located and walkable.

Cancelled - Unfortunately, they did not cancel the booking and I had no refund within 24h. No responses. A big complaint for this company.

Annoying - Our tour was scheduled for 9am in the morning on February 29. The tour operator contacted us the evening before the tour and said that they had to cancel the morning event due to unforeseen circumstances. While they offered alternative times, we could not make those work, so the tour operator agreed to process a refund. After hearing nothing for a week, we followed up with Viator and noted that the event had not been canceled in the Viator app, so we initiated the refund through Viator. Viator refunded only 30% of the reservation (which I assume is their cut) and indicated that the tour operator was responsible for the remainder of the refund. It is now April 2, and despite numerous calls and text messages, nothing has happened. When the tour operator has actually picked up the phone, they have promised that the refund was being processed, but I have my doubts. In any case, whether we don't receive the refund at all or if it's received many weeks after we requested the refund, this is totally unsatisfactory. And let's also throw Viator under the bus here - if Viator advertises an event and helps me book it, and then takes no responsibility or administration of the tour operator, I find that equally annoying and unsatisfactory
