Wonderful Guide! - We took our young boys to see Niagara Falls, while on a trip to Buffalo. Our original tour time was overbooked so we gladly accepted an offer for a later tour and we are happy we did. We ended up being the only family with Brett as our guide. He was very knowledgeable, as well as extremely patient while our boys got their crazies out as well as 100 questions he had already answered…probably twice. He made our trip memorable and we are very grateful for new memories made on the American side of Niagara Falls.

Great customer service. - Our tour got off on a bad foot, when the original guide somehow didn’t show. We spoke to the owner of this tour group, Mike and he really came through for us. He sent one of his most knowledgeable guides and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you for making our visit to Niagara State Park a happy memory.
