Best tour company ever! - This was the best company! Instead of canceling tour, they came and completed tour for just us, 2 people!! Uncle Mo used his own, very nice SUV. Communication was excellent. Tour was amazing, great pictures and so close to falls at Goat Island. Great spot for fireworks. He didn’t rush us and even went over in time. Tour guide was very... - Tour guide was very knowledgeable and it was so nice to be picked up at our hotel and dropped off afterwards. I would highly recommend this tour.

Safe in night - I strongly recommend this tour for single women especially if you want to see the falls at night and don’t want to go solo. The Falls and the Park are completely different at night and very beautiful with the gorgeous colored lights. Seeing the falls at night was breathtaking. It's beautiful during the day but at night was just amazing. Tour guide was awesome and fun to be around

Amazing & safe - I’m so glad I decided to take this tour. I was reluctant to walk by myself in the dark to the park to see the lights and fireworks. The bus picked me up at my hotel and drove me to the park, giving me fun facts and showing me where the best places to watch the lights were. Had I not signed up for this I would have left Niagara without experiencing the beautiful light show and fireworks. Thank you to our tour guide Gill for making this experience unforgettable!

A view of Gods beauty and power❣️‼️🌈🌊 - A beautiful sight to see. I appreciated knowing where the best views were, but it's best to take this tour when it is warm,; the most will feel good. Wear a rain poncho or coat; an umbrella doesn't help the mist go sideways. I wish they would do the fireworks at 9:30p. Instead of ten when it gets cold and dark; we couldn't wait an hour for the fireworks, so we missed them. It was a good thing I could see them from my room the night before. Thanks to our guide, Jimmy, for being so prompt.

This tour failed to add value to our Niagara falls trip - We have completed several add on activities and tours in different countries through Trip Advisor using Viator as the provider. We have always felt that the cost was justified because the tours added value to our overall trip experience. This fireworks and lights tour is the exception; it did not add any value to our experience therefore we strongly discourage anyone from buying this tour. I want my money back. All this tour operator did was drive us from the hotel 0.5 miles down the road and place us at a location where we could see a 5 minute fireworks "show". It did not add any value at all to our Niagara Falls experience. We could have walked to the same vantage point, we could have looked at the same lights for free. As a matter of fact the following day we wanted to verify that Viator had failed us after so many past pleasant experiences therefore we went to the same spot at the same time. I could not believe that Viator had ripped us off by offering this tour. We are sorely disappointment with Trip advisor/Viator and with this tour. It added no value to our trip experience, I want my money back!!! Do not take this tour it is a waste of money.

Misleading - Driver was late, your advertising is misleading, .t was a very expensive ride. Dropped us by the railing and waited for us so close to avoid the exit traffic. Not happy at all with this service. The other ones we chose yes. Not this one
