You Have to do This Tour - This was such an awesome experience. If you're coming to Niagara, you HAVE to ride the Maid of the Most.
This tour makes it easy and the guides are so informative.

The Falls were amazing... - The Falls were amazing but I found the tour group too large for the guide. We waited a bit for stragglers -- penalizing the group for a few, he didn't speak loud enough or keep the group together so we could hear, and at the onset he focused on tips rather than the tour.

We left the tour - No disrespect to the tour guides. They are nice enough and trustworthy. We thought this was a way to get tickets in advance without waiting. The guides just go to the Kiosk and buy them while we wait. It was really not worth the extra money and it really slows everything down because you are waiting and accommodating 40+ people. Once we got our Maid of the Mist ticket we left the tour a d went on our own.

Disappointed with Viator - I was in Niagara Falls Canada side and Viator's booking was US side and when i booked i was not told when i came to know i couldnt travel to the US side i tried contacting Viator and the organizer. Viator did not respond at all and organizer side said we are open but when i wrote to them no one replied back. After booking time at 2.30pm they send a respond that i did not respond to them so my booking money of US$105 was all gone. Very disappointed with Viator for no HELP
