- Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- The areas where guests visit are all wheelchair accessible. Please note though, that guests will be outdoors and can come across some areas that could be under construction in the park areas. (There will always be an alternate route provided for guests if this ever occurs.)
- For Canada Pick ups (if available): A valid Passport or Visa is Required to cross the US/Canadian border. Passengers will not be allowed to travel without proof of identification.

Showtime with shelly - Showtime with Shelly! Shelly is amazing. She definitely made the trip 110% fun. I hope you value her because I have told all my friends to do this trip. I also said please see if you can get Shelly as your tour guide. I would have never seen or went to the places had it not been for Shelly. I loved her as our tour guide. She definitely represents her job and New York very well.

So many different views of the Falls!! - Ron was a wonderful tour guide!! The trip was fantastic, we saw so much!! The Maid of the Mist was great fun. Loved seeing the rainbow!! Cave of the Winds was wonderful, you really feel the power of the Falls.

Sunny Tee is the BEST 10 stars - We had an amazing time with our tour guide Sunny Tee! He was very knowledgeable, happy always with a smile. He really loves what he does and it shows. We loved his yellow smiley face flag as it made it very easy to find our guide. He was kind and caring making sure our needs were met with my mom having to use a cane so she could not walk very fast. He also made sure we had great family pictures at our stops. I would give Sunny Tee 10 stars of I could.

Anniversary & Birthday Memories Niagra Falls 2023 Showtime with Shelly +! - @Showtime with Shelly on this tour was impeccable! Her knowledge, wisdom, and definitely her personality made the tour so amazing! Shelly Ramseyer is the absolute best Tour Guide ..my husband and I enjoyed our 13th year anniversary and his 60the birthday in Niagara Falls and this tour was memories we will have forever! Definitely recommend this tour and company !!!

Trip advisor promotes rip-offs! - This whole site must be a gigantic scam. Tickets for the boat ride are $28 at the boarding site. Just get in line! Buying the ticket on-line for a "tour" can be several times that! We did not realize that we had to go to the Hard Rock Cafe where we had to stand and wait (no benches) for our tour guide. We thought that there would be some kind of shuttle to the boat dock, but, no, we had to walk there. Our guide was nice, but it did not make up for the rip off! Stay away from Trip Advisor -far away!
