Just Buy the Ticket at the gate - Cave of the Winds is a must see when visiting Niagara Falls for experiencing the Falls close up,but I have to agree with other reviews, there is not the value in getting a guide. While Jacob did a fine job, was knowledgeable and friendly, I don’t think our experience was enhanced enough to pay extra. It was nice having a personal photographer who knew where to go for the “money shot”. If you view the short film and read the tiles in the welcome area, you get the same information. The park wasn’t crowded so the “skip the line” feature wasn’t necessary but you never know. We were also surprised to find out that the 1:00 tour, described as 1-1 1/2 hours was going to be almost 3 hours! We had to cut the “tour” short as we had another tour to get to by 4. Just buy the ticket and enjoy. It was expensive enough.

Great tour - We met our guide David on time. Our experience was great from start to finish. We appreciate the history he gave us about the region, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of stories about Niagara falls and the different places we visited. I would recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls. Thank you David.

I loved seeing the birds - I really enjoyed this tour and I want to come back again. The platforms were currently being built. I got here a little early in the season, but I had a great time

I liked all the info... - I liked all the info sherry provided, giving the whole thing context was illuminating. I liked learning about some of the local hot spots to hang out.

Totally awesome adventure - Have to go to the hurricane deck...awesome,,,tour guide was great. Would recommend and would do again...

Pefect Tour of Niagra Falls - The tour beyond the Cave of the Winds was terrific. It gave us so much information about the history and current status of Niagara Falls that it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide Greg was particularly friendly and knowledgeable.

Family day at the Falls - Best memory was actually touching the Falls from the platform…priceless!! I highly recommend going on a Monday or Tuesday when the crowds are manageable.

Birds - All of it. But there is something special about getting pooped on by a bird and washing it off in the falls!

Fun walking tour on Goat Island - Knowledgeable and funny tour guide. This dude had all the info even when we asked crazy questions like how many people jumped off this thing and he's like yeah man 14 people went in a barrel and 9 survived so its pretty good odds. One of those that didn't make it tied an anvil to his legs...so I mean he shouldn't really count against the stats

horriable service - terriable!!! i was schedule at 1 we showed up at noon and had to wait till 3 oclock!!!!! 3 hrs of doing nothing with the children!!! never again, wouldve been easier if i didnt use this service and we sent the tour guide away like no we are good dont need someone following us for 4 hrs all together trying tk make something better... horriable service i dont reccommend
