The staff were attentive, the treatments were beyond relaxing, and despite a few initial bumps with language and the front desk, we were soon pampered like royalty. The 3-hour package felt like a steal, though we regret not scheduling extra time to fully bask in the resort's amenities. Overall, a highly recommended experience!

5* - As a guest experiencing this service, I must say it was an absolute delight. The ownership of a private villa for the day provided an exclusive and serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The highlight was definitely the hot mineral water immersion pool with jacuzzi, offering soothing and therapeutic benefits. The spa treatments were exceptional. The hot mineral mud bath and herbal immersion were incredibly rejuvenating, leaving me feeling refreshed and invigorated. The coffee body scrub was a unique touch, leaving my skin smooth and revitalized. The massages were heavenly, especially the full-body massage with black mud, chocolate, or black sesame. The addition of a milk and oatmeal mask further enhanced the experience, leaving my skin glowing. The dining experience was equally impressive. The set menu meal was delicious, and having the option to choose a supplementary meal from the à la carte menu added variety. The selection of fruits and beverages was refreshing and satisfying. this service provided a perfect blend of relaxation, indulgence, and gastronomic delight. I left feeling rejuvenated, pampered, and thoroughly satisfied. It's an experience I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a luxurious retreat.

Simply Wonderful! - We had a blissful morning at the I-Resort. I had been looking forward to this but it far exceeded my expectations. Traveled there by taxi from our cruise ship (took about half an hour). Bought a package that included a foot massage, full body chocolate massage, mud bath, herbal bath and lunch; all for an extremely reasonable price. We were transported away from the hustle and bustle of the family pools (which looked great fun!) and taken up the hillside. The staff in the spa area were so friendly, polite and helpful. All our massages were excellent. Lunch was good. The surrounding vistas were beautiful. After lunch, we could have stayed longer to have a sauna and explore the warm pools but, unfortunately, we had to get back for the ship. I simply can't recommend this place highly enough. We would go back in a heartbeat.
