Our tour guide was... - Our tour guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. We enjoyed this tour very much, and would recommend it to others. The trolley was very clean too!!

Larry the Tour Guide was FANTASTIC - We did the Tour with two mansions. Larry our Tour Guide was very informative, personable and knew the history of both Newport and the families around Newport that make Newport what it was. There was not a question asked or topic that Larry did not address well. One of the best narrate Tours I have ever been on. Larry is a true professional that made the tours worth the $$$ and time spent. Then self guided tours at the Mansions were sufficient for us and we had plenty of time at each to see what we wanted to see. Next time in Newport may just go to a mansion and spend more time perusing the grounds.

Great time on trolley and at Marble House - It was well organized with people having four different options for tours. We just did the Marble House because I had been to Breakers. Most people were on time and the driver/guide handled things well. He told us interesting tidbits and was engaging. Because I am a little bigger, fitting two people in the seats on the trolley was a tight squeeze but doable. The time allowed for the house tour was long enough (1 h 15 min) that we saw the house, grounds, had a bathroom break, and could shop in the store. I like the drive along Ocean Drive - know it would be difficult, but the only thing I wished is that we could have stopped for a few minutes at the southern point in the park.

Newport Family Visit 2025 - Driver had incredible knowledge of Newport and the mansions. He explained the history and tours. Was accommodating to letting us off at the Breakers

Wonderful - I learned a lot about the homes in the area as well as some history. The guide was very knowledgeable and it dropped us off right at Marble House.

Informational. Fun. Beautiful. Balance guided and personal exploration - You will have a little over 1 hour in the mansion you selected. The mansions are pamphlet read tours or audio tours using an app. There is a 1.5 drive around Newport to see historic sites and some modern day mansions, an hour in mansion, and then half hour to get back in town.

Sisters trip - Great trolly driver with lots of stories about the area. Marble House is exquisite even better than the Breakers. Every room on tour, well laid out tour stops and helpful staff.

A Wonderful Trolley Tour! - The narrative of the trolley tour was amazing as was the visit to Marble House. I enjoyed doing a self-guided tour and learned so many new facts about the gilded age.
