The staff are so... - The staff are so friendly!! We were stick in traffic because of a fire on the new port bridge and they were kind enough to move our reservation from 11:30 to 1pm. I am super grateful.

A cruise with many beautiful views - My wife and I booked the Naragansett bay with mimosas cruise. My best advice is allow plenty of time to find the meet up place if your not familiar with Newport (which we weren’t) because finding the address was trickier than it seemed. Google maps sent us about 5 blocks out of the way to an abandoned building, so we just starting asking very kind store owners along the way until we found it. If you search for the restaurant “22 Portside” you’ll be very close. The cruise itself was very entertaining and educational. The crew consisted of a captain, deckhand, barmaid and cruise narrator. Excellent job by all. The information provided by the cruise guide was superb. You get to see the mansions (from a distance) and the history that accompanies them, along with if memory serves 5 lighthouses, all of different scale. We were fortunate and got to see the “Beavertail Lighthouse”, which is on the tip of Jamestown. We also got a great view and history of Fort Adams. Highly recommend.

Must do cruise in Newport!! - This cruise was absolutely beautiful and educational!! The free mimosas were ready as soon as we boarded! The cruise narrator did a great job of providing facts but not providing too much information where it became overwhelming- it was a nice medium between a relaxing boat cruise and getting some awesome historical facts!

A Waters View - Very informational. Not many lighthouses to view close up. One free mimosa was offered. Nice views of Newport. Comfortable ride.

Good Tour - Good tour. Saw many beautiful sights. The guide was knowledgeable about the area but he did have a heavy British accent. Good tour overall. Company needs better signage to help cruisers find them.

Ripped Off - I sent this to the actual cruise line. Please read it and take note that Cruise ships tinder there and can not make the 930am trip. I feel that we should get a full refund due to the fact that this Company KNOWS PEOPLE CAN NOT MAKE IT. To me this was done to steal my money for 9 people, again knowing Al Cruise Ships Tinder at their port. Thank you so much for the option to change to the 330pm but went to dock and talked to your representative, who was helpful, about how this whole thing happened. Viator should have never allowed us to book that tour knowing that the Cruise Line always tinder’s at that port and there is NO WAY to make the Tour. I don’t know who to blame but had I known that I could have booked a later one that would have fit our schedule. I fill that we should get a full refund for this error and especially now knowing that your company knew we were coming in on Princess Cruise.
