Highly recommend! - This walking tour was very informative and interesting! Elise, our guide, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions with details and anecdotes. I would definitely choose to do another tour and highly recommend this one to anyone interested in Newport’s early history. Based on Elise’s suggestions and information, we checked out some related sights in the city.

Highly Recommend! - Mike our tour guide was amazing, he is a true history buff and high school history teacher and has a great passion for history that made the tour even better. He was able to answer many questions about history even beyond Newport history and it was easy to follow along. The tour probably covered about a mile of walking and was mostly flat so an easy distance in the 80minute tour. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning about the history of Newport.
