Start with changing into comfy robes then de-stressing and relaxing in the Canadian Hemlock Sauna for an infrared sauna/ salt session, cool beverage, cold facial towel, dry off towels, and then be escorted by Two Professional Therapists into your private suite for your choice of either a Target Back Treatment OR Anti-oxidant Facial Treatment. Then you are able to relax in your private lounge with an appetizer/dessert platter and Beverage service of Herbal Teas, Springwater, Mimosas, Bubbly, or Wine.
