Night time tour take own food. - Great tour and good value for money. Don't waste your $ on dinning cruise it is far too over priced and you waste time away from the dinning table in order to capture your photographs. Get there early to secure an indoor seat in the winter months. Take your own drinks and snacks as they are expensive.

Very grateful to visit NY on a boat ride. - Very good tour with the music when visiting the Ellis Island. The skyline of downtown is a romantic place to be with someone you care about on that tour.

Upstate New York - Cooperstown - Went to upstate NY for a wedding while there we toured the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. Awesome place to visit. My husband is a huge fan. This was a highlight to our trip. We also drove to the Glimmerglass Lake which was also beautiful. The beautiful drive from and to Cooperstown and then to Warrensburg was stunning. The gorgeous red barns, the beautiful back drop of mountains, and the wildlife was amazing. As always it is a beautiful place to visit. Lake George is always a joy to visit. I'm from the area so I know a bit about it. The fall is the best time to visit because of all the beautiful colors. We also drove to Hoosick Falls, the back roads through to Clifton Park area. The weather was definitely cooler than I expected with record rain in the area for this year. Highly recommend Lake George its a beautiful town but does have a lot of visitors. Downtown Troy is another area that has history that can keep you in awe. The town of Uncle Sam. Beautiful scenes of the Hudson River although nasty to swim in beautiful to look at. Enjoy the market in downtown Troy. Walked through the city. Some areas are shady so be careful, others are absolutely beautiful with a great River Walkway.

NY night cruise - Seeing Lady Liberty and the city from the water with NYC all lit up. Some narration would have been helpful, so I would know what part of the city we were passing

Beautiful pic opps - The view was beautiful especially when it got dark. Awesome pic opportunities. I would have like chairs on the deck too, not just on the inside. But aside from that, everything was perfect. I would recommend it.

Average - Was fun but very crowded for the size of the bus, hard to get a good view, would get to a spot and get shoved by others

Pretty crowded, but okay - The cruise was so crowded on the outside, you barely have space to stand and take pictures. There was no guide or any information about the places we were seeing. It is decent if all you wish to see is the skyline and the Statue of liberty.

Overall terrible!! waste of money!! bad customer service!! - My family and I arrived to New York and put in the address that was given to us.. for some reason it took us to a pier all the way in the opposite side, I tried endlessly to get in contact with the phone number that was provided to me because I wanted to get more information on getting to the correct place and of course no answer until after the excursion began, when trying to call to reschedule they gave me a lame explanation that because they provided me the wrong information and did not answer to fix it, they still wanted to charge a $15 dollar fee per person and steal more money from me.. honestly if it was my fault I would understand but that wasn’t the case, on top of that the operator Kimberly was rude and hung up on me while I was talking… smh terrible terrible customer service! They are just trying to steal your money! Will not be booking with them again!

There are better options available - The most memorable part was almost missing the cruise because instructions provided (and only after I made a specific inquiry) were woefully inadequate. So it started on a stressful note. The description on the website which led us to purchase this included “South Street Seaport” and “food and drinks available on board”. It did not leave from the South Street Seaport and there was no food or drinks available. We had a good time anyway, we tend to be “glass is half full” kind of people. I think the average consumer would have been very unhappy with what we experienced.
