Very goo - Shopping was great lovely relaxed atmosphere, if you are ready for a break from the busy streets of New York, trip was a little expensive family of 4 and The women at the desk in the station was rude but apart from that a good Day out

Overall a good day - Allow time to collect your tickets at the bus terminal, it’s a very large site and when we were there the queue was long! The outbound bus was very dirty. The driver from NYC was unwilling to help me with my return journey and in a very abrupt fashion told me to use the website for details and timings. Luckily the lady at the information desk at Woodbury was really helpful, she gave me advice on the return times. Although it was easy to navigate the location of the bus stop there are no obvious signs where the bus picks you up, so take note of its location as you disembark. The driver on the return was very friendly. Again the bus was not that clean.

Good but room for improvement - The actual outlet centre is awesome however the instructions on how to find rhe bus was very poor. We did not realise we had to go to the ticket office to get actual tickets. Proper.instructions om.tnr booking should be given.

Horrible Bus Experience - The ride down was awesome. The shopping was even better. However we waited over an hour for the return bus to go back to the station. No one knew what time it was coming. I was told 3 different times and it ended up being 30 minutes later than that. Figure out the return bus schedule and it would be a great experience.

Give better instructions - The trip itself was good and I would have given the trip 5 stars if complete information was provided at the time of booking. When we arrived with the tickets that Viator provided the bus was loading and leaving in 10 mins, however, that was not the right ticket. Once there we were told that you actually have to change the ticket over to a paper ticket at their counter which can be done on the 1st floor (We were on the 4th floor). So now my husband along with other ppl that were turned away had to go running through the bus terminal to switch the ticket and try to make it back to the bus in 10 mins. Long story short, he made it back in literally 10 mins exactly, only for us to be told that the bus only had 1 seat left. 🤬 Next, the gate attendant stated that she was going to get a backup driver for the “straggler's” (her words). She returned and stated that Crystal would be pulling up soon. By this time it’s about 20 more ppl that bought tickets for the same time slot we purchased for, which makes no sense if that time slot could not hold the number of ppl that bought tickets. Anywho, I digress. Crystal pulled up, we loaded on the bus and it was a smooth ride from there. She had a very pleasant demeanor and got us there without any other hiccups. Moral of the story Viator, give CLEAR instructions on what to do b4 and after tickets are purchased. Also, let ppl know that they should arrive about 30 mins before departure to secure a seat because the bus only holds 54 ppl.

Not worth it - Good brands and a lot to offer. However the experience of providing information was quite poor. Information about the VIP coupons/book was not that easy to understand and we still so not know if this VIP was something that was included in the ticket we bought or if it is offered to anyone visiting the outlet by signing up. Tried to chat but did not revive any answer either..

The transportation is not comfortable - I could have bought the ticket for the bus station directly for a cheaper price. The instructions was not clear since there was counter have a sign of the operator. However the bus was with no Wi-Fi or power charge. The out let was nice if you were lucky and found something to buy you would need around 4 hours there.

COACH USA IS AWFUL!!!! - Directions on viator...horrible...customer service from Coach USA horrible....and thank GOD a bus driver who wasn't suppose to be on shift....needed a few more hours so he offered to take us up there with NO HELP from management.... As soon as we get to the bus terminal we are at the wrong one. We get to the right terminal...we go to the 4th floor like requested....and the bus attentendant told us that's not the right ticket...we then have to race to the 1st floor because the 4th floor ticket counter is closed. We get downstairs to the ticket counter and the lady "helping us" was extremely rude and basically telling us we are going to get left as it is 5 min to departure. After they exchange the voucher we race "literally running" back up to the platform and then we get there the bus is gone and us and about 4-5 passengers are left...no customer service representatives or nobody left there. Super unprofessional after my wife let them know....we will be back please hold it for us and it literally took 4 min....super unprofessional...tge man that was suppose to be the supervisor on duty was ultra unprofessional....HOWEVER the bus driver who came and wasn't suppose to be there....who literally didn't have too....took us and the remaining passengers up there. Outlets were very nice!

It costs $66 each for a... - It costs $66 each for a bus ride that we could have purchased for $38 from the bus company. We were given no literature on Woodbury Common and no verbal brief. I asked the lady I thought to be the operators rep and she could not tell me the intervals of the returning buses Very poor service... The Outlet centre was great

I purchased the tickets... - I purchased the tickets and my account got charged. But when i got to the bus station, the tickets were invalid and I couldn’t get into the bus.
