Birthday Star for the Day! - This was the experience of a lifetime!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! I saw my Happy Birthday Billboard multiple times throughout the day, but my favorite time was when I was passing by on my tour bus! Talk about impeccable timing!! It was a wonderful experience. It is especially nice that friends and family back home can live stream it and see it as well! I felt like a birthday superstar 🤩

NYC 25 - This was such an amazing experience. I was able to do this for my son and husband. We went to new york and I wanted them to have something they will always remember. We stayed at the Tempo By Hilton Hotel, and the billboard was literally right outside the hotel door when we turned the corner. Would do this again . Everyone should try this!!! Thank you NYC

Love NY 25 - This is such an amazing experience to have . To get to walk through Town Square and see your picture of yourself or the person you love on a billboard is amazing . I did this billboard for my son’s 9th birthday 2/1/25 and to congratulate my husband on his job promotion . It was a priceless moment . I would do it again !

Photo on Times Square billboard - There is a second billboard on Times Square that your photo/video can be assigned to. The live stream does not show the second screen (unless I missed it). It is NOT as convenient as the screen above the Pele store. This is not known until after the service is paid for.

Do not book the billboard! - They placed my photos on a totally different billboard than what was advertised. All the way by the bus station. Terrible small board. Wound not recommend.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be charged double the price. - Do not under any circumstances work with this company. We were quoted a price to run 12 billboard spots. We accepted their quote. Our billboards were approved. They ran. Then they doubled our charge without any notification. They never told us the price increased asking for approval. Never said anything, just charged us 2x the price we were guaranteed and are now claiming the price increased. This is illegal. Do not use this company unless you want additional charges on your credit card. There are other companies that do the exact same thing and you won’t be concerned about being robbed.

0 Stars and no response from customer service. - 0 stars! I have uploaded the photo following all email instructions with confirmation the photo would show today, our last day and have watched the webcam for 10 minutes over the timeframe given over 5:11, 6:11 and 11:11 and the photo is not shown! Highly disappointed that I was scammed
