NYC from behind the lens - Wow. We learnt so much about our camera (and iPhone camera) as well as HOW to take good photos! Zim was patient, encouraging, informative and a lot of fun. We now see NYC From so many different perspectives. What an awesome morning and a fun way to see the sights.

Great tour, great advice, great photo’s - As a person very new to photography and having watched only some tutorials on YouTube, the feedback I instantly got was very new for me. A person who’s passion is taking great pictures and who teaches it in a way even I could understand them.

Exceptional experience as usual - Did a photo tour with Zim a few years ago and had such a fun experience that when we wanted to do senior pictures this year, I immediately reached out to her at photo safari again. As expected our pictures turned out beautifully and we had an enjoyable afternoon filled with laughs. We will 100% reach out again for anything photography related next visit to NYC. I 10/10 recommend doing the photo tour. It’s everything you’re going to want pics of in the city anyway, except now they’re going to be professional looking and you’ll take the skills with you!

Great experience every time, highly recommended!! - My 4th Tour with NYC Photo Safari and it won’t be the last. As an avid photographer I plan my trips around these tours. Another exceptional experience. No matter your skills level, Zim will lift your photos to the next level. She has exceptional knowledge and understanding and really challenges you to do better. Great photography workshop - Fantastic way to explore a bit of New York with a fresh eye. The workshop is mostly about composition so you definitely see things from an angle you are not use to! Also, there is a lot to learn about photography. Definitely satisfied about it!

The best guided photography experience we’ve done- have come back 3 times! - Zim is absolutely amazing. Super knowledgable, patient, and just a blast to be around. We learnt a tonne, about photography but also about New York! She knew the best spots to take the coolest shots, and really spent a tonne of time with us. Would highly highly recommend!!!!

Learning to find a new perspective - I took the Iconic NY (P2) 3 hour safari. I highly recommend NYC Photo Safari. Zimm was very knowledgable. In addition to finding great places to photograph, and teaching me how to get the best image, she taught me some things about my camera I didn't know. If you want to learn to photograph New York, take a New York Photo Safari.

NYC WTC and Ground Zero - Zim was an amazing guide and mentor. She customized our experience to our skill level, likes and desires. Zim is a no holds barred instructor that isn’t afraid to tell you that you followed instructions or that you didn’t. We look forward to booking another safari with her.

See NYC differently than you have before! - Took the 3hr NYC workshop, what a great experience. Life long NYer but I saw the city differently this time. Zim was a great guide, she was patient, willing to answer all questions and wanted to get to know the group, not just show us spots to take photos. It felt like a group of friends going around instead of a rigid tour. Highly recommended!
