Our tour guide was amazing and took us to some spectacular spots for pictures and information about New York. - The views were amazing. We took so many pictures! Our tour guide had interesting facts about New York as we watched in the bus with a clear top and then were able to get off and walk.

Book this tour now! - Incredible!! Can not recommend this tour enough! We went to places I never knew were in NYC and I have been here many times. Tour guide was amazing. Brooklyn Bridge was breathtaking at night. Hudson yards, grand central terminal, little island, ghostbusters house... so much fun!

Lionel was very... - Lionel was very informative, a pleasure, we enjoyed this great night tour. Combined bus travel and a few walking segments well. Got to cover a lot of ground on this tour. Would Recommend! It was great for our first night in NYC!

Great way to cover a lot of New York in comfort - We had the best time on this tour! Comfortable bus, informative and friendly tour guide, great driver. Postcard Tim pivoted quickly when a couple regular stops were closed for weather and we didn’t miss out at all! I would do the tour again.

Great way to see a lot of the city! - This tour was delightful! We saw so many things we would never have had the time or means to do on our own. We went in late Dec so seeing the holiday lights was spectacular. Our guide, Nathan, was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to the needs of the group. We covered a lot of sights and got to ride through neighborhoods and get a good feel of the city. The bus was comfortable and warm. Highly recommend this tour!

So much potential - This tour had the potential to be amazing, however, we had a very bad tour guide. The guide seemed impaired - intoxicated perhaps. And offered no information about any landmarks until we got to the first walking stop, even in the walking stops the information was very tempered and not what was expected. The bus was nice, though small with very narrow aisle and seating. The bus seats 15 but felt crowded with our group of 11. We ended up dropping out of the tour less than half way in.

Doesn’t follow itinerary at all! - The bus was comfortable and left on time. The tour guide gave historical information and was understandable. The biggest problem we had with the trip was it did not follow the itinerary at all. The tour changed at the whim of the tour guide. We were given by viator a specific plan with time to be spent at each spot. Not only did the time change but the stops and order changed completely. For instance…we booked this trip expecting to spend 20 minutes at the high line. We spent an hour. 20 minutes in 33 degree temperature would have been fine but an hour in it with a low wind chill we didn’t plan for. All in all I would not do this again or recommend it unless the tour would actually follow the advertised and paid for itinerary.

They care more about money than limiting spread of illness - Explained that I fell ill 6 hours prior to tour, obviously this was unforeseen, they would not let me reschedule for another day because it was past the 24 hours before the start of the tour mark. Disgusting that they would rather you go on the tour ill and risk spreading to others.
