Probably the best tour in New York city. - Small group fully assisted by tour guide. Better route than normal big bus tours allowing visits inside Grand Central Station.

Manhattan in December - Bryant was an excellent tour guide and was very knowledgeable about the area as he is native. He also kept us entertained during a small traffic jam. This is a good tour to take for someone that does not know much about Manhattan.

Great experience - The trip was terrific, a great experience of the city. I would give this tour five stars. It was my family's 1st time in NYC, and they loved the tour. Bryant was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable of the city and accommodating. He took us to all the best spots for great pictures. I would go on the tour again and highly recommend him as a guide. I wish they would add a night tour, also.

Good tour, not quite as advertised - Our tour guide, Martin, and the driver, Guy, provided a fun tour. We got to see a lot of Manhattan from the bus, on foot, and from the Staten Island Ferry. Martin pointed out a lot of things we wouldn’t have seen by ourselves. The website advertises “All of our 24 passenger buses are new luxury limousines that have: Bucket seats, Wi-Fi, large windows, high roof, and free water on board.” However, we were in a Ford Transit van with a cracked windshield. The van was full (14 people total including 11 tourists) and the bench seat was a bit squished, not the new luxury limousine that was advertised. Knowing what I know now, I would still book this tour. I really liked the small group, it was a good cold weather activity, and the company was running a special and tickets were significantly discounted from the advertised price of $219.

Go small. - Loved the small group. Bryant was great. Trip was well-paced. I've been to NYC many times and saw and heard new things. Bryant gave me great advice for what to do on my own.

Fewer jokes and more content please - There is no doubt that Bryant, the guide, has aspiration to become a standup comedian but he should go to improv nights rather than practice with paying customers. I found the jokes and impressions not really funny but, mostly, there was just too much of it. The tour is a bit thin on content. Of the six hours, you spend a little over 2 hours on the (free) Staten Island ferry where you can see the Statue of Liberty from quite a distance. You also get 30 minutes free to eat some fast food at the ferry terminal. The rest of the time you spend sitting in a mini bus where you are told very little. I thought that the actual content to be insufficient for the price. For example, you are dropped at St-Patrick's Cathedral that you explore on your own then you follow the guide through the Rockefeller center to find the bus. A lot of the places listed on their website you barely see (from a distance). Not worth it in my opinion and the joking what really getting on my nerves.
