Great city to visit. - Easy to get around and so many famous landmarks to visit. The reality was better than expected and the city wasn’t as frenetic as expected. I found the cafes and restaurants very limited and many had shut or closed down. Subway worked well and made travel simple but it was very tired and in major need to major overhaul. The highlight was the Hudson River Park on sunny Saturday morning with thousands out enjoying the views and magnificent piers all renovated and landscaped.

Great trip through the neighborhoods of Harlem, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens. - The guide and driver were great. We really enjoyed their insights into the various neighborhoods through which we went. We had never been to Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx, and appreciated the differences between the boroughs, especially the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. When we next return to NY, we want to stay in Brooklyn to get an even better understanding of it.

bad experience - It is a very bad experience, they did not want to wait for us 10 minutes, which we know that we are tourists and should wait for it since we paid $100, they only said that they could not wait and we were lost. and they did not return the money
