- To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren’t guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
- No parking on site.

Worth it! - The ride is just as described - you‘ll fly above the water right by the skyline of New York. For the most impressive and stunning view I would def recommend buying a ticket for golden hour, sunset, sunrise or early night or morning. That’s when Nee York will be most impressive - we loved seeing the lights right at sunset.
The place is super easy to find and very close to a lot of attractions in New York. By far one of the best experiences I‘ve had yet!

In time, great view, good... - In time, great view, good price, I had a chance to seat with a pilot, since I didn't have a couple Will be to pay additional fee when you are chacking in.

Amazing - We had amazing time on this helicopter ride
The only thing I would say you shouldn’t have to pay an extra 40 usd for insurance it should be included in the price .
But saying that I would recommend this company

Best views of the city - Great experience and highly recommend for the best views of the city. Unfortunately the operator on the day was running very late which was frustrating but otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Helikopter ride once in a lifetime - This helikopter tour is a must do when you are visiting New York for 20 hours. You see all the hot spots in 12 minutes. I did the tour when it was dark outside and was very impressive

Disappointment - Very disappointed! You pay so much money online the they also charge you the fee in the office and don’t even let you take any pictures also not even 20 mins.You all be careful.Sad.Booked for two people ,they add three other strangers .Not fun.Absolutely not worth it.I’m sorry to write this .Just being honest.
