Must do if you want to explore outside Manhattan for a day! - We are from North Carolina and hadn’t heard of Hoboken but are so happy we found this tour. Very much a peek into local / NYC life that you’d otherwise not get. Super easy to get there. Greg was the perfect guide. A must do if you want to explore outside Manhattan for a day. Among the highlights of our trip : )

Suburban Charm overlooking Manhattan - We had a really great time on our tour of Hoboken. It’s a whole different atmosphere from NYC while still keeping the charm of the city lifestyle. Greg showed us that the area is steeped in history while still being a popular, thriving neighbourhood today. Greg was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend the experience!

Stunning views from the oasis that is Hoboken - My 17 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-hour Hoboken Walking Tour with Greg. Hoboken is a beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of New York, offering a different insight and experience. The tour also means you tick off another US State! The views across to Manhattan are simply breathtaking! We learnt a lot about the area from Greg - he was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The tour would be accessible for younger children too. One or more stops can be made enroute to suite group needs. We really enjoyed our coffees and fresh pastries in one of the many cafes in the area. I had some questions after booking about our NYC adventure and Greg was responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend this tour - which is only half a mile from Manhattan!

Walk Boss! (LOL - Cake Boss filmed in town) - Greg was an awesome tour guide during our first time exploring Hoboken. He was easy to locate with his yellow hat! He was loaded with information, fun facts and history! He let us know he was very passionate about Hoboken and it clearly showed. He even had many notes in his pocket so he wouldn't forget to tell us as much as we wanted to hear. We met him at 2 and he stayed with us till after 5 because wanted to catch our train home. He would have kept going! Oh by the way, he was also our personal photographer too!!!!

Energetic guide, lovely city, splendid views - This was a fantastic way to experience New York beyond the obvious attractions! We are from London and were staying in Manhattan near Union Square. It was a 10-minute train to Hoboken – like the subway… but cleaner and much more pleasant! Hoboken itself was lovely and the tour was a delight. Greg was informative and energetic, and he did really well mixing history, culture, local charm, and fun facts with countless opportunities to take some really cool photos with Manhattan as our backdrop!

One of the most interesting parts of our family's trip to New York - This tour was one of the most interesting parts of our family’s trip to New York. Greg did a great job mixing the historical with the modern while also keeping our sons entertained. Good amount of walking, but that’s to be expected from a walking tour. Definitely worth it.

Perfect way to explore outside Manhattan - We were visiting NYC from the Midwest and wanted to explore outside Manhattan without going too far. This was the perfect choice. Greg was professional, personable, flexible and well prepared. Hoboken was prettier and more fascinating than we expected, and it was an easy trip there. Our hotel was in Times Square, so we took the midtown ferry over to Hoboken. Greg emailed us in advance to make sure we knew exactly where to go. As he had promised, the ferry had really nice views, was not crowded, and it was only about a five-minute ride to the other side of the river. Overall, it was a fun afternoon with a conscientious host who clearly likes what he does and is really good at it. Highly recommend!
