Horror and hilarity - Charlie was an amazing guide!! They were hilarious and theatrical with every stop. They even gave some great brunch recs related to them lol! And surprisingly (something I’ve never seen before) they gave a bit of a warning around stories containing sensitive topics. It was subtle but really stood out to me as something that didn’t cheapen ghost stories with violence.

Perfectly spooky and fun - Absolutely amazing experience. Charley was our tour guide and kept the air light with jokes despite the spooky stories at each location! Highly recommend. 10/10

Took a haunted tour of our own neighborhood and it was awesome - We LOVED our tour guide and the tour of East Village! We actually live in the EV and wanted to learn more about the spookier history of our neighborhood and this tour did NOT disappoint. Our guide was wonderful and we learned SO much about the neighborhood and its history. Our youngest family member was 7 and he was captivated too. A great and memorable family outing!

Frankie 4Ever - Frankie is a CHARACTER. We took this tour on our last night in NYC. We were exhausted and it was raining pretty hard, but our tour guide's incredible showmanship and wit made us forget to whine. Would absolutely hit another of these tours on a future trip. But if you are undecided on which tour, I really don't think you can do better than Frankie.

Thumb’s up for the ghost tour! - It was a nice change from the normal site seeing activities. My 12 & 23 yo grandkids enjoyed it. Frankie was informative, funny & remembered everyone’s name. We learned some NYC history in an area that I’d never visited before.

The cherry on the top of our New York Experience! - We had an AMAZING time walking the streets with Frankie, listening to her stories of the unexplained. She was informative, interesting and so much fun to walk with. We did all the touristy stops during our weekend in New York, but this tour made it extra special with lots of great stories and photos to bring home. Thanks, Frankie!

Frankie is the best!! - Frankie was the absolute BEST tour guide. She engaged us in a fun way and also memorized all of our names and pulled us into the stories. We were a bachelorette group with some ghost nerds and some folks who don't love them as much as I (the Bride) do and everyone raved about how good she was after!
Will definitely recommend again.

Super experience - We had a super great experience with Frankie! We booked a tour with my friend and eventually we were the only ones so we had a private tour. We are french and as my friend didn’t really understand English, I had the time to translate almost everything. Frankie was very patient. Thanks a lot!!
