Beyond the iconic places of interest, riders can appreciate an aerial tour across the historic Uptown Manhattan (Columbia University & Harlem) and The Bronx (Yankee Stadium). Ponder about stepping up from the Basic Tour and you’ll become more familiar with New York than a local!
- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight.
- A $40 (USD) heliport fee per person (including infants) is due at check-in.
- Due to comfort and weight / balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250lbs (113kgs) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. 300-lb (136kg) maximum weight per passenger.
- All passengers including children must have a government-issued ID/Passport or you may be denied your flight.
- All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.Please note, that audio language selection is not guaranteed and is based on availability. Should more than 2 languages be requested on the same flight, the audio commentary may default to English. Due to the unpredictable nature of technical difficulties, we cannot provide assurance for the audio functionality of the headsets.

First Time - Great views, crew was friendly.
My first time in a helicopter and would do it again.
Seeing The Statue of Liberty was awesome.

Amazing - Absolutely great experiance. We had sunshine and a dream of a heli flight, very professional and very nice crew. We saw all Manhattan and went far up to the North and back to the South.

Fabulous views! - That was truly the coolest !! Wow, we were blown away and had the best captain. So calm and taking us up and down smoothly. Do this - it is so worth it!

Be careful with placement - Tours worth it, shame that two people are stuck in the middle of two people and don't enjoy the spectacle that Manhattan offers for the price

Best way to see the Big Apple! - A very enjoyable experience and a great way to see all the sights in a short time.
My only disappointment was that I had no commentary during the trip. I heard the pilot welcome us aboard and bid us farewell at the end but nothing at all in the middle.
Having being asked not to speak to the pilot on the trip, I didn’t ask about commentary.
My cousin who sat in front had hers perfectly well.
Apart from this, the trip was fantastic but I had to guess what things were!

sadly lacked the promised commentary - A good experience, very well organised, just would have been so much better had we had the promised commentary - the pilot hardy spoke, so i'm sure as 1st time visitors there where sights during the flight that we didn't understand or missed completely. So a good experience, but for the money should have been better.

Old helicopter and not a pleasant experience - Experience was ok. But I booked a flight for 6pm to see night city, because sun goes down 5:55pm. We arrived as explained in the ticket 45min in advance to prepare for the flight and were put into helicopter right away. When I asked the attendant why we are flying so early they told they can put me on flight whenever they want and refused to put me on the flight at 6m as it appears on the ticket. Helicopter itself was old and audio wasn’t working properly. It was as well really hot inside the helicopter.

Make sure you have options including NUC based copters - We arrived on time paid $120 nuisance fee with zero security check to a building with two helicopter companies. The other company had 4 copters up and flying every twenty minutes because their copters are kept in NY. This company houses their copters in NJ. After waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes they informed us the copters cannot leave nj due to fog. Watching the other copters take off and land was tough since we booked in August for a 20 minute flight in December. Safety is a primary concern but on this day it was mainly logistics.
