Central Park Beauty - Our guide was directed by Ms. Debbie. She was very knowledgeable about the park. We loved hearing about the park. Debbie takes the extra measures to make the tour your own experience. She learned early that my daughter and I were fact finders and LOVED pictures. She pointed out things that most people might pass right by! I highly recommend this tour and Debbie will make it the event you want!

A morning in the park - Our guide, Debbie Matson, is a walking encyclopedia on all things related to Central Park and the area and offers the information in easy-to-remember stories and pictures from her IPAD.. She combines this knowledge with an easy, personable style making the tour a most enjoyable experience. Expect to hear interesting historical incidences from the earliest times to the present as well as basic park information on architecture, flora and fauna, and water landmarks. Debbie was cognizant of our physical stamina and offered rest stops of all kinds during the three-hour tour. We learned a lot about Central Park, the adjacent buildings and NYC in general. It was a great morning in the park.

Learned so much about Central Park! - We took this tour as a bucket list item (we'd never managed to see the park!). Debbie was a fabulous tour guide. I swear she is a veritable encyclopedia of information! She took the time to find out our interests and focused on those while we went through the park. Members of our party had knee and hip issues, so Debbie was so patient in finding us rest spots and taking advantage of that down time to share more great information! She also took some wonderful pics of us, much better pics than I would have captured on my own!

Central Park North Woods - Spent a wonderful day with My NY Tours, Debbie was our Guide. I cant tell you how impressed I was with her knowledge of the Park. Last year we took her tour of Central Park South, with all the familar spots. The Zoo, The Carousel,Wollman Rink and Strawberry Fields. It was 103 out that day. And some people were alittle cranky!! Debbie did everything to make them comfortable while still keeping to our schedule. All with a smile and compassion. Truly a professional! Today we went to the north side of the park.Central Park North Woods. I had no idea what a hidden treasure the north side was. It was like you were out in the middle of the forest! Waterfalls, hidden walking paths, massive rock formations. Rustic bridges over streams and arch ways made of stone. If you are a photographer or artist you will be in heaven! The leaves are starting to turn, which made it even more beautiful! We also saw Belvedere Castle which after you climb to the top has the best view of the park. The name translates to"beautiful view" in Italian! We even got to see a Wedding! From the castle to Cleopatras Needle, Debbie gave us the history and little known facts of every single thing we saw! You never would get all the history and back story if you went on your own. Debbie and her associate Jim truly made it a most enjoyable , informative and really fun day! I would absolutely recommend My NY Tours. True New Yorkers who have the inside scoop on all things interesting to see in New York!

The amazing Central Park and it’s secrets. - Wow - we had a fantastic tour with Debbie. We met Debbie at the parks entrance and immediately Debbie started to talk about the parks history. Debbie was a wealth of knowledge of the Park and it’s history. Throughout the tour Debbie knew the best locations for photo opportunities and was only too happy to provide advice on how to get the best photo. As you can guess Debbie is also a professional photographer. In addition, Debbie discussed Strawberry Fields and John Lennon’s love of Central Park. Thanks Debbie for a phenomenal tour. Gavin, Chris, Warren and Lea.
