• To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
• Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
• A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
• Must walk through a metal detector.
• All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying
