Great experience and view - It is just an experience you have to do. The view is like nothing else. The centre is also great to look around. Great value for money

A huge queue to get up to... - A huge queue to get up to the top (only one elevator working) but well worth the wait for the fantastic views of Manhattan ❤️

One of the best tours we’ve taken - This was a marvelous architecture, art and history tour of the plaza and surrounding buildings. Our guide Jonathan was both informative and entertaining. My wife and I travel quite a bit and take a lot of tours…this was one of our favorites.

Still one of the best views of Central Park and New York City - The view alone is worth every penny spent. They now have a ride on a beam as well that takes viewing the city to a whole other level!

Must Visit - Stunning Views - Such a amazing experience, with some of ( if not) the best views of New York City. I bought a ticket for a slot one hour before sunset, which was perfect as you can see the city in daylight, before it transforms before your eyes into the city that never sleeps. Must visit attraction in NYC.

Nice experience - I booked the VIP package as I wanted a solo photo on the beam and I was short of time. The day was sunny and bright and David took us through some of the behind the scenes areas such as the Rainbow room and the art works - he was knowledgeable and brought it all alive. The beam was well organised - it’s different and the photos were well done - it’s probably expensive for a family group but it is sort of iconic!!

Spectacular view, but bad visitor management - The views are great, although there are many new high-rises stealing perspectives, especially on Central Park side. Getting up (ca. 10 minutes) was much easier than getting down (more than half an hour). Bad visitor management.

Lines, lines, lines! - Well, we never did make it up there. Two different days they were sold out for the next 7 hours. We were finally able to reserve tickets for two days out at 4:00. When our time finally arrived , we were excited. But first of all, if you show up even a moment before your scheduled time, they’re barking at you to come back at your time. So we waited in line number 1 on the street and then at exactly 4:00, not 3:59, we were let in the building. We waited in line number 2 at security. They were only letting about 6 people through at a time. We finally got through security about 4:30, turned a corner, and saw that line number 3 had about 100 people in it. At that point, we realized that we did not have time to wait in that line and also make it to the rest of our plans, so we turned around and left. During our stay in New York we visited The Empire State Building, One World Observatory, and The Edge. None of them had any of the issues we ran into at Top of The Rock. Don’t waste your time or money here!
