Fun experience to satisfy your inner nerd! - We had a great time on the Super Hero walking tour and were lucky enough to essentially get a personal tour as there were no other guests that day. My husband is more of a super hero fan than I am and he said that he had the perfect nerdy experience! I also enjoyed the tour too as we got to see some great places (Grand Central Terminal being the highlight for me). We also visited The Daily Bugle which looks exactly like it is in the Superman films. Highly recommended your!

They have minimum guest requirements; Customer service lacking too. - About two hours before the tour, my phone and before I could answer it, it went straight to voicemail. I saw it was a local number, I listened to the voicemail which was 10 seconds of silence. Anyway I reached the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start time. 2PM comes and no one is there, other guests and no tour guide. At 2:15PM I call the number on the voucher and it’s the number from earlier in the day. The tour operator said they won’t do a tour with low numbers (meaning just me) and offered another time but by then I no longer available. I was given a refund. If they had called back and left another voicemail or spoken to me, I could’ve not wasted my time. How was the tour itself? Don’t know. I cannot recommend it. Customer service and follow through skills need work though.

Disappointed - Brought my son from ATL to NYC for 2 days for his 13th birthday … a huge movie and comic book fan. After booking a tour before we came to NYC and planning a day around it, we arrived and no one was at our meeting place, I called the company and was informed that our tour had been canceled due to guide emergency.
