Fascinating experience - Stalina our tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and shared a bunch of information about the Statue of Liberty. I also didn't know much about the creation of it and what Ellis Island was. It was great to have someone to ask questions about it with. Also very personable.

New York Minutes - We arrived at the meeting location 3 minutes after the appointed time. Due to trying to locate the parking deck reserved 2 to 3 minutes from the meeting location. The guide was already gone for the ferry. The only advise was given was to run and try to catch the tour guide, she's wearing a black coat. Upon arrival at the ferry, there were hundreds of people there and many with black coats. After calling the customer service number, I was able to obtain the guides information and WhatsApp contact information and was able to join the group. Teh tour was rushed as if she had some place to be or another job she had to get to. Overall the tour went very well. The guide was very knowledgeable and knows her New York.

Disappointing - So very disappointing to find that although we paid more than double than it costs to get the ferry and visit the inside of the statue and Ellis Island, we were actually not taken inside and could not explore the most important item in NY, ferry and entrance costs 29 dollars in official page….. no idea what they did with the rest of our cash, disappointing is perhaps a little weak to describe my feelings about the trip with Jay.
