We really enjoyed - We had a very knowledgeable guide. Miss Nina guide us in a very good and historical wisdom. Leaving us with a good understanding of what we were looking and enjoying 😉

10/10 Recommend - We are from Kansas City and this is our first time to NYC. We did the Local Expert Tour - Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Priority Fast Track Tickets in English, with Vivian, and it was the best experience! She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and was able to answer all of our questions. Vivian was professional, clear on instructions, kept the group together, kept us engaged, and made the experience fun and exciting! She was also very personable and talked to us about where we lived and about NYC and its history. It is great conversing with her! Even when a few people stay longer on one island, she made sure to keep and eye out for them so that she could give them the same history that she gave the rest of the group. She went above and beyond to make sure the Spanish speaking members of our group understood everything. Highly recommend doing this tour and if you can get her as a tour guide, DO IT!!!!

Totalmente decepcionante. 100% deceiving. DON'T RECOMMEND - 1) Reservé la "Fully Guided Tour in Spanish" porque mi madre no habla inglés. El recorrido NO fue en español. ¡Una pérdida de dinero! La guía era bilingüe, pero la gira era en inglés y tradujo para nosotros. Hizo lo mejor que pudo con el tiempo que tenía, pero también fue incómodo para el grupo de inglés tener que esperar hasta que terminara de traducir, lo que literalmente retrasó la gira y probablemente limitó la información que estaba dando. 2) La información del sitio web dice "garantizado para saltarse la larga cola". Esa es una gran mentira. Tuvimos que esperar en la larga cola (esa parte es cierta) como todos los demás. En resumen, no te lo recomendaría si estás buscando un tour en español ------------- 1) I booked the "Fully Guided Tour in Spanish" because my mother doesn't speak English. The tour was NOT in Spanish. A waste of money! The guide was bilingual but the tour was in English and she translated for us. She did the best she could with the time she had but it was uncomfortable for the English group too having to wait until she finished translating, which literally delayed the tour and probably limited the information she was giving. 2) The info on the website says "guaranteed to skip the long line". That is a fat big lie. We had to wait in the long line (that part is true) as everybody else. In short, I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a tour in Spanish.
